I am planning to buy a pre owned 2021 Renault Kwid RXL AMT (~63000KM, 1St Owner) for my daily commute in Bangalore.

What all details I need to check?

I heard this car had a front collision with a bike earlier in which its front bumper and headlights had been replaced in Renault service centre.

Owner is asking for 325000.

I own a 2021 Tata Altroz petrol, and I need to replace its exhaust pipe/silencer. My mechanic has offered me two options:

1. Local/aftermarket pipe: ₹3,000

2. Genuine Tata OEM pipe: ₹6,000–₹7,000

The mechanic says there's no guarantee or warranty with either option.

I'm confused about whether it's worth spending almost double on the original Tata part or whether a local aftermarket pipe would be good enough.

* Is the genuine Tata exhaust significantly better in terms of durability and quality?

* How reliable are local/aftermarket exhaust pipes? How long do they generally last?

* Is the OEM part worth the extra ₹3,000–₹4,000, especially when neither option comes with a guarantee?

* Is there anything specific I should check before getting the exhaust replaced?

It's a one owner car, registered in 2011.

What should I lookout for and how's the spare parts availability?

Hi everyone,
I changed the two roof lights in my 2014 Toyota Innova to 5W LED bulbs. They worked fine initially, but suddenly all interior lights stopped working. The high-beam and door-open indicators on the dashboard also stopped working.
I found that a fuse had blown. The same issue happened once before, after installing LEDs.
The replacement LEDs also have slight blinking, so I’m planning to switch back to the original halogen bulbs.
My questions:
● Can LED bulbs cause fuses to blow?
● Could my car’s small battery be the reason?
● Is it better to stick with the original halogen bulbs?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

The front disc brake of my access 125 gets locked quite frequently and I am unable to move the bike. It gets jammed. I have to wait for it to cool down and then continue riding.
I showed it to a few local mechanics but none were able to resolve the issue only temporary fixes that last a month or two or until the temperatures rise.

Has anyone faced this? How to resolve or what’s the issue?

Went for 1st year service (3rd free service),
Service advisor went for a small ride within the service floor, can back and said,

BIKE HAVING FULL BODY VIBRATIONS.

I don’t feel any new vibration, it’s same as the new one, very less driven 2500km in a year.

He was persistent on the full body alignment, I didn’t knew that existed for bikes. I refused to do it.
Cost: ₹800

Later he added ₹650 for tyre puncture liquid refill.
I refused it as well.

Should I be worried?

Noob here, should I change service center next time??

Brake Pads & Noise: Getting some squealing/braking noise and it’s time for a pad replacement.

Should I stick to OEM (TVS Girling/MGP), or are there better aftermarket alternatives like EBC, Brembo, or Bosch for better bite?

Pro-tip check: Has anyone used Baleno RS pads for the rear, or TVS Girling HD pads up front?

Garage Recommendations: Any reliable independent garages or honest Maruti Authorised Service Stations (MASS) around Yelahanka, Sahakarnagar, Vidyaranyapura, or Hebbal? Looking for places that won't try to pad the bill with random add-ons.

Scooty stalling mid ride...

Okay, so since last one month, my scooty (Burgman) is stalling both at high speed and while I stop at signal. I got it checked at both authorised service center and local mechanic, and after changing the coil, spark plug, fuel filter cleaned and general servicing done, problem still persist and right now I don't know what else am I supposed to do anymore. I bought it 3 years ago,so it's E20 compliant, so fuel may not be the problem, and my commute is pretty simple 15 minutes in the morning to my work place, and then back to my place in evening, and some odd days, mostly on weekends I used it to go to market, so I've hardly rode over 6500 km, and never drove roughly. If anyone knows what could be the potential problem, plz help me out 🙏

Like this sound only happens when i press brakes and accelerate. When i start driving it goes off.

I own a 2025 Hyundai Venue SX(O) Turbo DCT. While cleaning the roof, I accidentally stood on the left rear door’s lower side cladding, and its mounting points seem to have broken. The cladding has come loose, as shown in the photos.
Can the mounting clips/tabs be repaired, or does the entire cladding need replacement?
What would be the approximate cost at a local garage vs. Hyundai’s authorised service centre?
Is plastic welding a reliable fix?
