Heya! Does anyone have a reservation for ricks signing that they arent goinf to use?

Ive been tryinf to cintact mcm for WEEKS about the access supporr for a young person i look after and by the time they responded they said it was all booked and they arent gunna do anything 😭

This kid is super excited for comic con and for rick so im just hoping on the off chance if someone isnt able to go / use their spot if they would be willing to let him use it 😭

I know there probably isnt many people not going but im being hopeful i dont want him to be disappointed hes been having such a hard time recently as well😭

I have 2 tickets for all 3 days separately I was going to go with my boyfriend but we have recently lost our income so cannot afford air bnb or bus tickets

Hiya! So I’m 25, neurodivergent and it’s my first con!

I’m planning to cosplay as SpongeBob (if I get everything in time, plus I’m fussy about clothing textures)

I have a few questions:

1) I’m on adhd meds + sertraline and find that I get warmer easily, getting the train up there I’ll be fine but with the underground and stuff I’m thinking of wearing shorts underneath joggers so they’re easier to change out of/into

2) does anyone get changed into cosplay when they get there? I’m don’t wanna turn up all hot and sweaty

3) how early is too early? I’m going on the Saturday and I know it’s going to be busy and I don’t wanna be too early but I also want to avoid big crowds of people

4) I’m bringing my loops, earphones and fidgets? Is there anything else I should bring?

5) I’m happy going alone like I don’t really want to talk to anyone, does anyone else feel like this?

6) I’m bringing a ita-style backpack, thinking of somehow cable tying keyrings and stuff I want to bring incase someone steals it (maybe cable typing the zips together, I don’t want my things stolen and I doubt I’d be able to hear if someone unzips my pockets?)- suggestions/advice?

Hi all, I just had a question regarding how exactly payment works for any guests in the Meet & Greet Zone. More specifically, I’m curious what they generally have on offer at their respective tables (though I have a rough idea), how much it generally costs (providing you have to pay, which I’m naturally assuming you do) etc.

This month’s event is only my second Comic-Con and naturally the Meet & Greet Zone was absolutely packed back in May (my first convention), so I didn’t try and stick around. Because of that though, I didn’t really get to see exactly how everything works there once you’re actually up at the tables themselves. Like, for example, I know you can pick up a free signed poster during the Natural Six Meet & Greet, but for the other guests like Petri Alanko (the composer for all of Remedy Entertainment’s games) or Billie Fulford-Brown (The actress who played the character of Sophie in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33), I assume you probably pay for anything they already have at their table or if you have something you’d like them to sign?

Apologies if anything I’ve asked seems obvious, but if anyone with more Comic-Con experience could clarify anything important regarding that, it would be a massive help and I’d really appreciate it.

I’ve only got the qr code atm and just had a few questions. I got priority tickets for Saturday 24th
1. What time is best to arrive if I want to get in as early as possible?
2. Where exactly do I go at Excel to scan my qr code and get my badge?
3. Do I need to activate my ticket beforehand or can I do it when I get there?
4. Is there a separate queue for priority ticket holders?
And il take any advice about what should and shouldn’t do I’m nervous lol

I'm looking at getting my Edward richtofen youtooz signed nothing mentioned on the site about them only Funkos being an extra 10 (photo below) I've emailed epic and they've confirmed youtooz are being classed as a Funko even tho it's a different company and item I've already paid cause nothing mentioned it what should I do pay the extra 10 or email them regarding the screenshot

This is my first comic con and convention and I have pre booked a autograph with jill valentine, Leon Kennedy and Aleks lee and I want to get one from claire Redfield as well. However since I pre booked the first 3 what happens if say Leon Kennedys voice actor table for doing signatures is at the same time as Aleks lee? Would I have to miss out or because I have a pre purchased ticket I'm guaranteed to get my signatures that day

This is gonna be my first time participating in the whole trinket trade/gifting culture at MCM, and I'm curious about how it works. I've seen people give out stickers, photocards, even prints, at previous cons and I'd love to participate but I'm not sure how to signal I'm open to this?

Do people just cold approach each other and ask, visibly carry their trinkets, put up a little sign, or what? Is there any etiquette to follow?

I'll be carrying photocards I made for a character I really enjoy, and my gameplan so far was to gift them to cosplayers from that fandom.

I'd love to hear about people's experiences with this at MCM! Thank you :)

I was going to go the con for my birthday, but due to crohn's disease complications it really isn't safe for me to do so now. But I'd love for the tickets I have not to go to waste so I'm selling them on Ebay and Vinted for £150 with free postage (it's the only selling platform I'm properly familiar with-sorry if there are better ones).

If anyone wants them I'd love for them to go to people who really want to go but missed out getting tickets in time, and not go to scalpers 😭

Hi, last time I went to comic con was for the Holly Jackson book signings & panel - which I managed to do bringing my own books and just queuing without having to reserve anything.

My boyfriend got tickets for this October for his birthday and I was hoping to get some books signed by Rick Riordan and Veronica Roth but I saw you need a reservation which is now sold out.

Does anyone know if they’ll take people who haven’t got a reservation later on? Or does anyone have a reservation ticket that they no longer need/want? Thankyou!

I got a Saturday ticket specifically to meet him but MCM never announced when pre-bookings went live or that we would even needed one and it says sold out now, does anyone have an extra by any chance please?

hi everyone! i have two really silly questions that have been plaguing me since i bought tickets for mcm.

does anyone know the general temperature/feels like in the main area please? i’m really sensitive to either being too hot or too cold, and i want to plan my outfits accordingly. i’m mainly getting at either “don’t bother wearing tights you’ll boil alive” vs “bring a cardigan it gets chilly”!

secondly, does anyone know the rough queue times for autographs and selfies! i’m meeting one of the critical role cast members, and im contemplating bringing my collapsible stool so i can sit down whilst im queueing.

un sure if anyone has noticed this or received a email from onelink recently but I’ve just found out that a account to this website was made without my consent, it has details on my email and number but more concerning it also had my bank details, the only transaction showing are from when I bought tickets to mcm but if anyone else is aware of this would have been great to be informed if not spread this out as I cant be the only one who finds that to be a dodgy.

I will be seeing Wilson Bethel on Sunday and getting two autographs. My friend wants a shout out from him and want me to show him a short video of herself. Approximately how much time can I interact with him? Should I only kindly ask for a shout out instead of showing him a short video?

I didn't think I would need to pre-book or reserve author signings, but I just checked and apparently the one I really want to see does say their session requires a reservation but it's showing sold out 🥲

It’s less than 2 weeks till con day and I’m getting concerned. I bought my 3 day ticket and paid for postage before the cut off time. I still haven’t received it yet. I’ve emailed MCM a week ago and all I got was a ‘looks like it hasn’t been shipped yet’ reply and I emailed Leap but they said it’s nothing to do with them as they don’t distribute the badges. I’ve now emailed MCM again, just waiting on a reply. Is anyone else having issues with getting their passes? Any advice would be helpful too.

Asking this for one of my friends who can't have social media but they are wondering whether people who are selling things would do trades instead of selling items. I'm planning on buying her a few bits anyways because I know she doesn't have the mone to really spend, but she likes making little character themed phone charms and bracelets and is wondering whether vendors would trade their stuff for hers. She obviously doesn't think she'd get like high priced items but stuff like stickers. It's going to be both of our first times going to a con so I didn't know how to answer her question and here seems like the next best place
