I took this first screen shot ($1.50 price) at almost 1.30am today. I wanted a simple lunch today. (after 2pm) Found out at the time to order, the prices have changed today. There goes my cheap lunch. I only ordered 3 cheeseburgers. If I had the medium fry deal I would take it. Also, I only had it 2-3 times per week. Mostly twice. Texas panhandle area.

After last week's disaster with a dry and tasteless Big Mac at a new McDonald's, I went back to the old school McDs, the one with friendly cashiers waiting at the register who greet you with a smile, and have the free drink refill station. Today I got one of the best QP's with cheese I've had in a while.

The McDonald’s closest to me has this Ronald statue at the front of the restaurant, directly facing towards Drive Thru entrance of the restaurant. (The photos I attached are of the actual Ronald at the actual location.)

I really do not like him, guys. He is pretty uncanny and it unnerves me enough that I avoid this location now.

When they close the dining area at night and go Drive Thru only, they keep his secluded area lit, which makes it even more unnerving for me. He looks very lifelike in all the wrong ways.

I have passed by the location a few times when it was closed for the day, and they had his area dimly lit still. He was illuminated enough to notice.

I know it’s usually the brand enshittification that makes people in this sub hate McDonald’s, but this fucking clown they have at my location is what really makes me avoid it.

If they’d move him further inside, or just not light him so fucking ominously, I wouldn’t be at odds with him. But he is always there at the entrance, watching the Drive Thru, looking like he does.

Does anyone else’s restaurant have this kind of thing? Is it positioned the same? Is it lit the same? Am I tripping too much? 😭

Hypothetically speaking (seriously, just a tech-curious mind here), is there any security blockades built into the app to prevent someone from building a list of 14-digit codes (A-Z, 0-9) and just scanning each code into their app from a spreadsheet?

Maybe that’s why they tell you to hold onto your game pieces?

Maybe it's just me, but I really loved the Chicken Big Mac when it was available in the US a few years ago. It wasn't the same chicken patty as the McChicken, it was essentially one giant McNugget. I'm surprised it hasn't made a comeback here since then! I'd love to see it return and become a permanent menu item. Anyone else miss it? 🍔

Just ordered a Quarter pounder meal I was supposed to get 3 pieces as the app advertised, 1 with the Quarter pounder, 1 with the fries, and 1 with the drink.
I didn’t get the piece with the quarter pounder. I went inside and spoke to the store manager she said: “We ran out of the quarter pounder boxes that come with a piece so you won’t be getting on, It’s while supply lasts”.
I find it weird because the app advertised that I’ll be getting one and I didn’t.

Just called corporate and they’ll get back to me.

At BK, you can add different cheeses (like swiss), different condiments (like mustard, BBQ sauce, ketchup, mayo), toppings (onions, pickles, lettuce, bacon, tomato, jalapenos, onion rings) to any sandwich.

McDonald's feels a bit limited in comparison. You can't even add mustard or BBQ to a sandwich.

McDonald's did offer a lot of customization a decade ago with Create Your Taste back around 2015, you could select different breads and different types of patties, as well as different condiments and toppings, but this was short-lived. It actually made it fun to go, you could completely change your sandwich every time and have a new experience.

Lost all monopoly board stuff and rewards. Went on the app and it asked me to register when I went on monopoly and no longer shows any of the stuff I've got. Anyone know what I can do?

I have to be up for work every day very early so I get McDonald’s breakfast. Sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit is my favorite. But I can not stand the coffee at the one I go to it’s never good
