Here's a question. Why didn't Biden release them when he had them for 4 years? If trump was in there I promise he would have been outted...but no...they say on it. Why?

They were sealed by a judge, so Biden could not release them. But you already knew that.

The files were sealed during Trump's first presidency by a George H. W. Bush appointed judge, a president doesn't have the authority to unseal court documents and neither can the DoJ just unseal documents sealed by a judge.

When the first set of files became unsealed during Biden's presidency they did release them which is why you were hearing jokes about Stephen Hawking and such back then.

What do you think he could have done? Contrary to what you MAGAt brains think, the president is not all powerful. Nor should the president be all powerful.
