Pluribus? Anyone?

Thoughts on Koumba Diabaté? Was he an accurate representation of Mauritanians? I’ll give them credit for at least casting a Mauritanian actor, but honestly, I think they should’ve done a lot more research. The character doesn’t really sound or act Mauritanian, if you know what I mean. He just doesn’t feel like your typical Mauritanian. Like do they even know that Mauritania is a muslim majority counry?? The only thing they got surprisingly right was how chill he was about everything going on around him. That part was spot-on for a Mauritanian, lmao.

I still haven't finished the show, so no spoilers pls

I just watched plurabus like last week and i loved his caracter. Nothing about him speak mauritanian idk even why did they make him mauritanian, i think they just chose some random country, still tho the actor nailed the role.
