Chinghetti library visit

Hey guys I have a question I want to visit the libraries in chinghetti in January. Am I able to visit them spontaneously as an individual and do I need to sign up or something like that? Also I didn't find any opening hours anywhere so what would be the best time to visit?

No, you don’t need to sign anything. Just go there around 9 or 10 a.m. They’ll be there
