SMS Resurrection: Step 1
Grabbed the box tucked away at my parents’ house. Hooking it up through my TV/AV receiver is step 2. Reading through the posts on here on how to do that is helpful!

Man I got a Master System from the back of a computer recycling store, they said there was a Sega in the back, but I had never heard of a Sega Master System before (surprisingly) it ran along side the NES it came with 20 games in the box with manuals for 50$ loved Fantasy Zone, choplifter, and R-type, just name a few I had two controllers, a double tap and a light gun. I'd recommend shinobi and the ninja. There was one purchase I missed from FX games in Plano TX and it was a cloud surfer cartridge but I saw YouTube content on it. I also saw Phantasy Star for 80$ but I almost beat it on Sonics Ultimate Genesis collection.

Nice! I had the Hang On Safari Hunt combo and Great Baseball. I remember always trying to hit the batter in Great Baseball because the animation was hilarious

Great Baseball is the game I probably want to play the most. Remembering the half swings that launched the ball to the moon and the home run song lol.

No idea how good the games were, but the sports titles are killing me. I can hear the marketing guys in the boardroom now....
What if we name this entire sports line "Great"? The title will synergy with the consumer!

Don't forget that Great Baseball and Great Baseball are different games, as are Great Golf and Great Golf along with Great Soccer and Great Soccer. Naming consistency? Not so great.

Do you have access to a CRT for the light gun titles? Rescue Mission is such a charming game!

No plans to set myself up for any of the gun games, unfortunately. I have the original light phaser though. Rescue Mission would’ve been cool to play again.

What an amazing picture! Thanks for sharing! the first 3 Wonder boy games are top tier gaming on the Master System, the music always bring tears to my eyes, Enjoy! 😍😍😍 if you can, get an RGB scart lead for a crisp picture which the master system model one has access to, i'd love that in my collection!

I like the way Casino Games is classified as a Family Game. As if:
We used to have Casino Night every week in my family. We kids usually lost all our allowance money that way!

I see that the board game Monopoly® is listed in the advertisement.
Back in the 1980s, one of my friends wanted to get a Sega Master System just so he could play Monopoly with his family.
