Player ratings/rankings

Players need to be able to rate teammates on a scale of 1-5 and that rating goes into comp match making. I had a DPS who literally said the flyers on the other team "wasnt his problem" and refused to swap of BP.
We do a 5 star rating system on everything else in live- Google reviews, Amazon, etc with how terrible teammates are in this game I cant see why the devs done implement it

toxic players can just review bomb everyone else, this would backfire
