Fix quick match matchmaking

I just got back to back substitute matches and both times my team got steamrolled…they need to fix this.

Bro, qp is useless

18v18 and DoomMatch are hands down better than qp

Ranked needs RoleQ...

Yeah 18v18 is fun but lord grinding for tank and dps can definitely be a challenge.

With all the dmg you do/suck there is actually kinda fast

Only down side is you max out arcade proficiency points faster, essentially locking you out for a day. Even still, rotating lords you want to level works well
