We don't always wreck aces, but we did win all 4 games that Skubal started against us in 2025.

I mean, more in the process of how the Brewers chased him. Patience and taking the balls when he can't find the zone, fouling off to stay alive. We just don't do that.

Oh yeah, for sure. All 3 of the low-budget teams still in it this year have solid, pesky lineups that don't give away free strikes and put the ball in play a LOT.

This brewers team is how I wish the Mariners would play. Just relentless barrelling up the ball, stealing bases, groundballs to get runners over, bunting, great pitching

Anyone still think that Vogt is going to leave Cleveland for the Mariners? Especially if they beat the Rays?

He's not leaving Cleveland as long as they're a perennial postseason team. Doesn't matter if they're doing it winning 85 games in a weak division. With their resources, he's doing a damn fine job and they know it. And they love him.

The reason for the comment is that a bunch of the dumb Talking Heads seem to think that Vogt is an option. As long as he's winning In Cleveland he's not.

The Bills don't deserve to win, but they might be able to pull it off and the Rams also don't deserve to win.
