I'll add my hobbies as we all do. I love music both listening and playing (guitar and singing) as well playing games (casual), watching tv or movies including documentaries including random longer form YouTube videos. I watch sports as well (mainly F1 and Rugby), I love cars recently enjoyed the new series of the Grand Tour too. I'll go for walks regular even to unwind but want to get back into swimming as well to get fitter. I'm not the type for gyms or clubs but I do like going to the pub especially if there's live entertainment. This naturally means I like a drink too, I am Irish after all.

I've got an odd/dark sense of humour. I'm the type who with have terrible dad jokes even if they aren't funny especially if it's got a pun in it but can get quite dark or just banter too. I do tend to see what vibe someone before deciding how far in which way to go. I'd pretty much chat about anything no matter how deep or controversial it is so long as it's a balanced/reasoned and I've got any clue about the subject matter but I don't mind learning either. We don't have to agree but being respectful is important. Ideally I'm looking for long term chats but probably won't be every day as I'm not always able to get on here.

I'd be interested in chatting with voice as well presuming we get along and I'm able to at the time.

Another quick update since our original post here a couple of weeks ago!

The Dublin Redditors IRL Social Group is officially up and running. We have gaming nights on Tuesday (Discord & DnD), we have a monthly book club, and we have monthly social events in person. The next event will be Board Games & Beers at The Black Sheep!

Our community has already grown to 130+ members since it started, and new people are joining every day. The idea is still the same: a relaxed social group where you can come along on your own or bring friends, meet some new people, and get involved in different events around Dublin. Things are just getting started, and there are already talks of charity racing nights, rock climbing, and everyone crashing Adam's 1 year old nieces birthday party! Sorry to those who haven't yet been added to the group yet, but hopefully we will get you in this week!
