Hello, I am subleasing my 1-bedroom apartment because I am moving for my work. This is a spacious, 1-bedroom apartment in Watts Hill Apartments (West Madison). The move in date is the 23rd of November to 15th of December (flexible). The $1700 rent includes a heated garage parking space (assigned), storage space, in unit washer/dryer, security cameras, controlled access, gym, secured package room, elevator, and open floor plan. The area is safe, quiet, and walkable to Aldi, the main bus hub, and many restaurants and shops. About 15min drive time to Epic and Thermofisher and other main employers. The sublet is through the apartment building itself, so there is security on the renters side. I've lived here since 2021 and would not be moving unless I were leaving the state. The units in Watts Hill are hard to come by, so please contact me for a tour or any questions you have!

Looking for someone to sublet my apartment at 380 W Washington Avenue. The lease lasts through 8/14/2027.

Location is right in the heart of downtown, 3 blocks from the Capitol square. It is in close proximity to a gym, grocery store, multiple restaurants, and obviously everything on the square as well. The landlord is very quick about maintenance requests, and the building is quiet- mostly elderly people from what I’ve gathered.
Rent is $950.

Perks:
-free WiFi, water, and heat(only utility you pay is electric)
-in unit AC
-large bathtub
-corner unit, so two windows that let in a considerable amount of light
-pets allowed with a fee for dogs/cats

With utilities included, you can typically expect the place to cost less than $1000 a month.

Cons:
-counter space is nonexistent
-the unit is very small

Please dm if interested!

Discover Wild Grape,

A New Cohousing Community in Madison

Imagine knowing your neighbors. Sharing dinners, tools, skills, and the decisions that shape where you live. That's what Wild Grape* is planning in urban Madison: a new, not-yet-built community of 15 multi-generational households – small enough to make decisions together, large enough to share the load.

We are creating a community to increase our economic, social, and environmental resilience. We care about the planet, believe in human dignity, and back our decisions with evidence – not just as ideals, but as daily practice.

Own your home, share the space around it – indoors and out – much like a condo, but wrapped in a closer-knit, values-driven community. Joining us from the start means you set the values in motion – shaping your home's layout, the location, the spaces we'll share, and the culture we live by daily.

Want to learn more? Join us on Saturday afternoon, October 31 for a project presentation and discussion. Meet and greet starts at 1 pm, and the presentation begins at 1:30 pm.

I am looking for a trumpet to play around with, if anybody has an old one sitting around that they’d be willing to let me rent for cheap for a couple months that would be ideal! I have played French horn for 12+ years and mellophone for 8, so it will be treated very kindly and taken good care of :) I just don’t want to jump into buying one before I get a feel of if I will actually play it much. Any condition as long as it plays is fine!

Sublet available for female from December 2026.

1 room available in a 2B.

1622 Monroe Street, by Camp Randall.

Beautiful parquet hardwood floors in this charming 600 square foot apartment.

It is on a bus line, the Southwest Commuter Path bike path runs right behind the property and there are many restaurants and shops within a couple of blocks.

A rare gem for the campus area, this is a property has more green space than buildings. We have 2 green-space courtyards along with trees, bushes and flowers around the property to provide a welcoming feel as you come home.
