The Commanders are a mess. There are still “Washington Football Team” logos floating around the stadium, despite not being called that since 2022. They didn’t bother to update the mascot or the end zones, which are now different uniforms/wordmark in 2026. So lazy.

I am going to watch all the games that have playoff implications to see how this plays out. Every team that is 10-5 can clinch a first-round bye with a win + help but can also possibly be eliminated from contention with a loss😳

If you go by Reddit everyone hates every game that there is. Except old games because it's cool to like previous versions of games.

People hate Madden, they hate Dead By Daylight, they hate Halloween, they hate NBA2k, they WWE 2k, they even hate GTA 6 and that's not even out yet.

But bring up an old game (which by the way is never as good as they remember) and it's the best and this new state of the art version could never live up to the one i had 20 years ago.

Now, they will play these games they absolutely hate anywhere from 3 to 12 hours per day. So there's that.

The Dolphins drafted a generational RT with their first overall pick, except their roster already has two starting tackles so without my input he'd just be a backup for them.

I made him a guard so he would start for them, although they now have a 24 year old 81 overall Kaden Proctor sitting on the bench as a result.

I'm tired of having to babysit the CPU's roster every year so that their rosters aren't a complete mess. We deserve better EA.

Since M24, I have made realistic rosters on Madden (PS5 & Xbox). My files have been downloaded by 30K+ people total & I always update, delete, & re-upload my roster after new league changes. Here's a fully updated M27 roster, 26ACCURATE by JCameron181, for the season! Has every new FA move, current jersey numbers, accurate special teams, & depth chart changes (used ourlads)! Unfortunately, I can't edit age, dev traits, or teams' draft picks. Got Madden 26 on sale a little while ago, first Madden game since ~20, and feeling a bit overwhelmed in Franchise mode with all the RPG-like elements they've added, like coach schemes, weekly boosts, wear and tear, scouting setup, etc. Is there a cheat-sheet or guide or something anybody's put together to help me make sure I'm maximizing my team without spending hours tinkering into every little thing?

This is an issue still in Madden 27 with a custom roster.

Anybody notice that the live score and stat updates at the screen during slow sims disappears? This ruins the immersion aspect of franchise because me personally, I like seeing what else is happening and how other players are performing while watching my team play.

Can a head coach development Wizard archetype be defensive coordinator in Madden 27????

My question is, since he has his archetype listed as development wizard. He can technically be hired as a DC, he does show up on the list but I have been told to stay away from anything other than a defensive guru.... If he is signed, would the team play bad on defense???

Tip for you guys running comp h2h for my dime defense against pass heavy players set audibles for double wr1 and bracket switch Willie….sometimes double te depending on team then use the opposite safety in blue zone and blanket MOF helps to put your faster corners and safeties on the field too

So I was playing on my bills franchise and I went through the first half of the game no issues. But as soon as I got past halftime, the game started to speed up. Every player looks like they took an 8 ball of coke in the locker room and the clock moves hella fast too. I was just curious if anyone has experienced this as well or if there’s something wrong with my console.

I might get some hate for this, but after putting over 100 hours into Madden 26, I finally picked up Madden 27 while it was on sale. I’ve got about 20 hours in so far, and honestly, I’m enjoying it.

Franchise mode, which is my go-to, feels surprisingly fresh. I like the new negotiation menu, being able to talk with players, and the added sections that give your team and season more lore. It makes the experience feel more immersive.

Superstar mode, which I’ve never really cared for, isn’t bad either. I’m playing as a QB for the Jets on All-Pro, and it honestly feels like Road to Glory. Having to earn more plays and unlock new things as you progress makes it more enjoyable than I expected.

I’m playing on my laptop, and so far, I haven’t had any crashes. The graphics look great, too. I also like the little details, such as the different scoreboard designs for holidays. It’s a nice touch.

If you haven’t picked up Madden 27 yet and you’re thinking about getting it mainly for the offline modes, I’d say grab it on sale. I’m having a good time with it so far.

As for Ultimate Team, I can’t speak on that since I only play offline.

What do you guys think? Anyone else enjoying Madden 27, especially Franchise mode?

Anyone having issues on PS5 where you can’t use a downloaded roster to start an online franchise? Also, has anyone found a workaround ?

Every time I try to use the standard body type in Superstar it changes it to slim. This is an issue as it impacts the players ratings and potential. Is this an issue for you guys as well? I have only seen one other person with this issue, and I would very much like it to be resolved.

So I'm playing an Online H2H. I've got the Browns and the other guys had the Bears. I'm dusting this guy in the first quarter, then this happens. It seems when I'm up or score on the opponent, this happens every single time; NEVER when I'm down. Does this make both users lose? It's as if Gamers are more exploSo can someone tell me, are people exploiting something? We need to try to raise awareness of this because it's a $70 game with a $10 monthly service from PlayStation online membership...
