Just started

Hey everyone! I just started my embroidery business. I set up a website and was wondering if I can get feedback on how its set up. Please let me know if theres anything i should add or change. Thank you! website: platinumneedle.com

PS: I'm not asking anyone to buy i just need feedback on the site if possible

Looks good. Critics: Your hours of operation are not believable. It says you allow for pick up but I cant find your address or even the country you are located in. What currency do you charge in. What forms of payment do you accept.

The pictures on your website are all AI generated or mockups. Not a single actual stitchout there. Why would I order from you without seeing your real work?

And where the hell are you. That’s my biggest pet peeve with websites is not including your city and country. It doesn’t matter how quickly you can get a rush order done if it still has to ship from across the globe!

Right now looking at this site throws up a whole lot of red flags of it being a scam. I would not order from you. Some people would, but they will not be the kind of customers that return unless everything about your service is excellent, and even then they’ll probably prefer to look for somewhere closer to them if it turns out you’re international. Transparency is your friend when it comes to gaining a real client base.
