Help! help
i start to work with strips, but i just know one way to change the colors (manually)… i wonder if there’s another possibility of changing colors (automatically?)
normally using a brother 840

There are colour changer attachments both for the ribber sinkerplate and singlebed sinkerplate for Brother, although I don't know if they fit on all models. It's not exactly automatic but you don't have to manually take out and replace the yarn when you change colours.

I mean, you could make a punchcard to use fairisle and just have a few end stitches on one side swap to that you dont have a vertical float. That way you keep both yarns in the carriage and the color changes when you want it to.
