Question Payment Declined

Anyone else having trouble paying for their application? I have money in my account and my credit card is perfectly fine but everytime i try apply for a program my card keeps getting declined. Is it a problem with Mirapay? Anyone else experiencing this or have a solution?

Have you exceeded your daily limit? Are you trying to use Visa Debit?

Has to be a credit card not a debit visa/master card
