As the title states. Will it begin following the final out of the world series? During the winter meetings? Just before the start of spring training?

As we all know, Justin Verlander just retired. I’ve never been a huge JV fan, but I’m a stats junkie so I decided to look up his final line for his career. Lo and behold, he just barely missed finishing up with more strikeouts than innings pitched: 3560 Ks against 3576.2 IPs.
So this sent me down a rabbit hole to see which great pitchers actually pulled this feat off. Currently there are two active pitchers with at least 2500 Ks and more strikeouts than innings pitched: Chris Sale and Max Scherzer. In this history of the game, of the 40 players with over 2500 Ks, only four pitchers finished their career with more strikeouts than innings pitched.
So without googling it, which pitchers do you think are on this very exclusive list? Post your guesses in the comments.
