Scraping?

I use standalone MAME on Windows. How can I enable scraping for my ROMs to get box art, etc.?

Such a feature would be risky from a copyright point of view, so MAME doesn't offer it. (Art is covered by copyright, so it would be no better than MAME fetching ROMs for you)

Google GitHub Pleasure Dome. I forget what it's called, Not the ROMs not the CHDs, and not the samples. I think you're looking for the support files... the name might be off but she get the idea.

MAME Extras is what you want. Or you can get the files they use from progettosnaps.net

Or use a frontend like Launchbox that has a database with images available for scraping

In Mame settings you'll find folders for artwork and the other things. Download the artwork from whatever site you choose. Move them to the correct folder, make sure they're named the same as your ROM file.
