I really want to reach out, ask how it went, and wish her the best because I genuinely hope she did well. But I’m hesitating. I don't know if reaching out would come across the wrong way... especially since she didn't mention the exam to me directly, and I only know about it because I happened to look it up.

I have been trying to make libyan baryoosh at home, not croissants. Although they are also called croissants, baryoosh are soft and sweet unlike croissants which are crispy and flaky. I managed to get recipe of them but i still cant perfect them. Any guess where i am wrong?

Recipe:

**Baryoosh Recipe — 500g Flour (Makes ~11 pieces)**

**Dry Ingredients:**
- Maida — 500g
- Vital wheat gluten — 2 tsp
- Sugar — 10-12 tbsp
- Salt — 1 tsp
- Instant yeast — 2 tsp (critical: fresh packet only!)
- Nido milk powder — 3 tbsp
- Baking powder — 1 tsp

**Wet Ingredients:**
- Warm water — 16 tbsp
- Warm milk — 7 tbsp
- Oil — 5 tbsp
- Honey — 1.5 tbsp
- Vanilla extract — ½ tsp
- 2 eggs (dough) + 1 egg (egg wash)

**Lamination (margarine layers):**
- Soft margarine (Blue Band) — 3-4 tbsp
- Spread thin layer on rolled dough before folding and shaping

**Method:**
1. Mix wheat gluten into flour dry first
2. Add all dry ingredients, mix well
3. Add all wet ingredients, knead **10 min** until smooth and elastic
4. Cover, first rise **1.5-2 hours** in warm place (kitchen near stove)
5. Punch down, roll flat **4-5mm**
6. Spread thin margarine layer, fold dough, roll again
7. Cut triangles, roll wide-to-narrow into crescents
8. Second rise **40 min** near heat source
9. Egg wash generously
10. Bake **175°C, 18-22 min** (upper rack, not bottom!)
11. Last 3-4 min light top grill for color (watch carefully!)
12. **Cover with cloth IMMEDIATELY** after baking!

السلام عليكم انا من شباب الخليج العربي و أحب أسمع هالأغنية بسبب لحنها الجميل و قصتها الرائعة و كيف انها تحاكي اختلاف أهل البادية و الحاضرة بطريقة جميلة و حتى و ان كان فيها مبالغة.

ولكن للأسف لم أستطع فهم جميع كلمات الاغنية فقررت أبحث عنها في الانترنت فوجدت منتدى ليبي و شخص ناشر منشور يشرح فيه الكلمات الغير المفهومة في الاغنية, ولكن الغريب انه يشرح الكلمات الي انا فاهمها مثل "ننشد" و "مكنه" ولا يشرح الكلمات الي مو فاهمها.

أثر صاحب المنشور يشرح الاغنية لليبييين في الغرب او في المدن مثل طرابلس فما يحتاج يشرح الكلمات الي يعرفونها و يشرح كلمات البدو الي انا اعرفها بالفعل.

يعني تقريباً بصيغة اختزالية بأن لهجة بدو ليبيا خليط بين لهجة أهل الجزيرة العربية و بين لهجة المغرب العربي.
