After picking up the new Thing Minifigure, I’ve really come around to him as a Minifigure. By that point, I’m all the more certain, MAYBE this could be a good method for Kingpin? That they’re similar in height with the right color hand accessories ? Anyone else think this could work for Fisk?

Not at all. Those hands they given thing look way too mechanical to be human hands. And they look stupid enough on the Thing minifigure it will look even worse on him. I think they should just use Dr. Robotnik's torso for Kingpin.
