Hello, it's me again, I am proud to announce that r/LegacyKonami needs you for a job!
As you may have noticed… a lot of people who hated Konami yesterday now they love it, surprised?, you shouldn't be…, sadly this kind of “fans” tend to ruin the fun for everyone and themselves (i really hope that they do this only in gaming related things because if that’s how they go on life in general well… I hope they find happiness eventually…)
In any case, this is a really small but courageous subreddit attended by a few people like myself… and i have a real job with boring adult responsibilities and also i looove to play video games, i mean i don't play exclusively Konami games just check out my tier lists of the games i play in a year
What i am trying to say is that i have a lot of footage of games that i want to post in this subreddit that i have already finished and also ones that i have not played still, for example i am trying to finish Shadow of Destiny/Memories but i haven't found the time to do so
So… how about you, YES! you, give it a try?, you can check the reviews I've done if you want to keep the “r/LegacyKonami seal of quality” (joking) of course you can be as creative as you want, but if i had to ask for something and you are interested it would really be cool that if you post something Castlevania or Goemon related put the 40th anniversary logo and if you do a cross post also put the r/LegacyKonami watermark, of course just a suggestion
So without further ado here are the things i am working on that if you want to help be my guest:
Castlevania NES Trilogy
Contra and Super Contra Reviews
Adventure Island Games
Bloody Roar Games
Super Bomberman Collection
Metal Gear Ghost Babel
Bonk Games
Gungage
Suikoden
Trap Gunner(published by Konami in Europe)
Cybernator (published by Konami in US)
Boktai
Axelay
TwinBee (SNES games)
I hope i didn't got too personal at the start i am somewhat tired of the haters and hypocrites, of course i am aware that this wont change anything, the important thing it’s that we have a space for the real fans and a good source of information for the new ones, just remember this subreddit it’s a support page for all the other Konami related subreddits (whether they like it or not) not a substitute, so, have fun and thank you for your attention

Does anyone know if Pop’n Twinbee Loop 5 is even possible?
I have played it for like 20 minutes… and I already feel like I’m playing an arcade game instead of a home console game. The bullet patterns especially remind me of Salamander. Anyways though, since Pop n Twinbee is so wonderful and vibrant for its time, and especially well woven, it never felt like a better time for me to replay it. Also, the first time we see the lovely character of the series: MADOKA! Especially, some of the cutscenes and bosses. Idk if I’m at Loop 5. I just love score chasing vibrant games. I think I’ll make a video on it later bc no one is talking about Twinbee rn. I have a score of like 5.2million rn. :)
You can tap the link: Pop n Twinbee Loop 5 PROGRESS!! If you want to see where I am now. 😅

Does anybody know what happened to “Neo Twinbee”?
I could’ve sworn I heard Neo Twinbee being announced •in development• on some fan Konami server in 2025. They said the fan Twinbee game was going to release in like December 2025. October of 2026, and I still can’t find any recent news about it. It’s either I’m not searching hard enough or… that Twinbee game was probably a rumor and it makes me even more sad that the sight of a Modern Twinbee Game would be delayed this long. Does the name sound familiar to you? Am I the only who waited for the game to come out? Can’t find anything on Konami’s page about a Twinbee revival nor anything fan made about a revival either. Maybe it’s in their game catalog and it’s taking long to develop?
Idk… I just got my hopes up that the 40TH anniversary of Twinbee last year would finally bring a new Twinbee game back into the spotlight. (I really can’t find anything).
I’ll still have high hopes about it anyways.
I feel like the last time Twinbee Loop was even considered as a game to be released was … 2022-2025. It was announced in Tokyo, or at least I thought the mysteries surrounding that game would make even more demand for it to come out. Maybe not. Don’t tell me Twinbee and Otomeidus are going to share the same fate now. 🥀

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow Part II , here's the rest, being a long game i think i couldn't made it justice with one post, i do prefer the platforms, "IGA and Classic" Vanias, but LoS has a special place and i do like it lot and the more i grow up the more i empathize with Gabriel's journey

Castlevania: Lords of Shadows (2010) Part I, A whole new direction for the franchise with a new team and help of Kojima Productions, it matches the popularity of the hack and slash of the time but adding its beautiful gothic art, music and a melancholic story of loss, redemption and hope...

SXO is currently under construction 🚧
(Yes this is Konami related)
I think someone new who likes to discover forgotten AUs has already showed part of my SXO work to this community. (Yes I have worked on developing this to be the most structured version of the AU for years to come). It stands for Sonic X Otomeidus. Overtime for me it became a AU for all forgotten game characters and anime character’s stories to finally live under the oath of more mainstream or more well established franchises. To write a hypothetical less well known character person back into the light of my writing each with different personalities or perspectives is kind of intriguing. Since there is so much out there to find and see, I doubt that I’ve thought about covering every forgotten game and anime I come across in some niche part of town. That’d just be humanly exhausting. But… we do have something special to showcase.
Before that I will add some context, Otomeidus is a shump that consists of girls and one boy determined to put an end to the never ending broken friendship caused by the olden Bacterion race. This war that they caused upon all related to the Vic Viper long ago, spilt Bacterions and Gradians far away from each other. Even considered each other enemies to the point where, not much empathy or sympathy is shown for anyone on the enemy side. If they died, if they were defeated, perished, damaged—the thought of needing to defeat one side entirely to achieve long peace again and again has almost eliminated real feelings for each other. This forgotten gem had two games, Otomeidus G and Otomeidus Excellent.
Until however that’s where my AU comes in. [Before the 59th century I might add].
You might hear me or someone else talk about it a lot in the first place because Before Sonic X Otomeidus—There was a final episode in one of my other AUs that promised, “The confirmation of two sides coming together just to protect others from a terrible fate would cause a break in the cycle and save the future.” And so it saved… multiple futures. Created this AU that’s currently under a new stage of development.
https://www.youtube.com/@ForgottenGamesAUs
Please, go to this channel for any future information or news about the AU’s new production. Excited to finally let this become public. If I were to post videos about it too, I’ll let you all know. I just didn’t want to let almost 3 years worth of writing go to waste.
If anyone wants to see how the community is being built too go to r/SonicXOtomedius as well.
Thank you for your time. 😅

Castlevania Symphony of the Night Part II (1997 Sega Saturn, Playstation) , to end this impressions just wanted to add more of the game, because I'll never get tired of playing it
I still remember when i bought my copy, i was with a friend at Gamestop easily more than ten years from now, i got Final Fantasy Tactics that day and said to him... " i don't think they have Symphony of the Night" and he said "Well...just ask" and sure they will say no he said yes!, my friend said that he will never forget the face i did as the worker went to the backroom and brought the game
Around 24 to 30 dlls was the price and i was a few dollars short and my friend lend me the money so that day i returned home with Tactics (another masterpiece) and Symphony one of the greatest games ever made

Does anyone have a copy of this guide?
This is a guide for a game that was localized as The Sword of Etheria. However aside from the cover, nothing else about it has been posted online.

Castlevania Symphony of the Night Part I (1997 Sega Saturn, Playstation), our first multi part impression of a game here at the Legacy! (it's gonna be just two i think..), i am gonna start strong and with one of my favorite games of all time, i don't even feel qualified to do this but oh well...
Can i say something that hasn't been said about Symphony? i don't think so, but man can i talk on how amazing it is, the pixel art, the flow of the controller, the rpg system, the Metroid inspired map, the music!, i don't believe in " perfect games" but this one gets really close for me as a few more in my history of games played
