💠Discussion Looking for a technical founder for a startup
I’m looking for a technical co-founder.
And I want to make one thing clear:
This isn’t an idea I saw online last week and suddenly decided to turn into a startup.
I’ve spent the last 2.5+ years working in Sales, GTM and RevOps.
I’ve worked with companies doing €1M ARR.
I’ve worked with companies doing €8M ARR.
And I’ve worked with companies doing €50M+ ARR.
As their GTM engineer and RevOps manager.
I’ve built RevOps systems from scratch.
I’ve worked alongside sales teams every single day.
I’ve seen how they prospect.
How they manage their pipeline.
How they use their CRM.
Where they waste hours.
Where existing tools fail them.
And there’s one specific problem I keep seeing over and over again.
I believe there’s a real business to build around it.
Now I’m looking for the person to build it with me.
I don’t care if you have a full-time job.
I have one too. I’m currently working in RevOps at a SaaS company in France.
What I do care about is commitment.
I’m not looking for someone who already has 6 side projects and wants to make this their 7th.
I’m looking for someone who genuinely wants to build something.
Someone who believes in me as much as I’ll believe in them.
Someone willing to put real time, energy, and ownership into this.
I genuinely believe this can become something big.
But more importantly, I want to build it with the right person.
If you’re technical, entrepreneurial, and this sounds like you, send me a DM.
Let’s talk, get to know each other, and see if we’re the right fit to build this together.
P.S. Don't talk to me if you built a few SaaS ideas with Claude Code or Codex.

I have about 12 years experience working enterprise technology consulting, how you describe when you work for a long time inside the department and you find a gap and you go and create an idea and offer off of that I love this approach because it’s based on real world experience and solves a real problem or achieve a real business desire so I’d definitely be happy to explore how we can collaborate on this PS currently building my own project so that keeps me busy but I’m always interested in talking to potential founders, as well as especially those looking for solid technical teams who can help them build and take their idea into market, but also allow it to takeoff without crashing and burning at 10 feet above ground.

Wait… what’s wrong with Claude Code/Codex? I know many firms that already replaced over 50% of their dev team with Code and are shipping solutions twice as fast as before. You’d be in a much better position finding a solution architect - who must be proficient with Code/Codex.

Yes sure i agree with you. My main intention of adding this was just to avoid vibe coders who don’t know anything about real coding
