tl;dr Employee quits, can't transfer vault data, can't reset master password, can't chat with agent, call LP and they can't do anything. Keep your passwords somewhere else.

I am the the superadmin for our workspacen the ex-employee just a user. We're now in a wonderfully stupid place with this platform.

An employee has quit and refuses to answer questions. We can't transfer the data because the master password reset policy isn't retroactive.

We can't reset the password, despite having access to the emplyees email inbox, because the device we are trying to reset from is untrusted by LastPass.

I then try to speak to an agent, while logged into my vault and in the admin console and the bot keeps telling me that speaking to the agent is only for paying customers and I should log in. I AM LOGGED IN!!!!

EDIT: I have since found in the documentation that the policy that should allow me to do a vault transfer does apply across the workspace. BUT the person needs to have logged into their browser extension for the encryption key that makes admin resets possible. Silly me, I should have checked and asked a senior member of our team: 'Did you log into your password management software's browser extension?'. Also, nowhere in the admin dashboard is this KEY detail tracked.

So after the recent update, were they removed lastpass from task bar/top notification or whatever it's called (Android) and went with "use inline autofill" or "use dropdown menu" Now half the time when I'm logging into a site, app etc. lastpass simply doesn't prompt/show me the login options. I have to open the app and then sometimes it will suddenly show me login options at the site, app. It drives me mad! Previously I could just swipe down and push, lastpass to login. How do I get lastpass to fk wake up and show me login every single time and not just when it feels like doing so ?
