Here's a little trip report of my first time and tips
Around 11 p.m., I took the blotter tab (One Piece). I left it in my mouth for about an hour and then swallowed it.
After 10 minutes, my mouth felt dry. After 20 minutes, I was giggling foolishly in front of a movie, and I started watching trippy videos.
Around 30 minutes in, I started experiencing visual distortions and vivid colors; my pupils were normal.
I started getting glued to the videos, and the music felt like it was echoing inside me.
I felt hypnotized, and after an hour, I swallowed the tab.
And then, a wave of restlessness kicked in—my feet wanted to keep moving, I think due to vasoconstriction. I had already smoked two joints by that point.
I rolled another one around 00:10, though it was hard because of the visual tracers.
I was chatting with my friend on WhatsApp (shoutout to VIC).
Around 12:30 a.m., a wave of vibrations hit me full force. It felt like my field of vision expanded and I was merging with the atoms. I put my phone down, started feeling warm, and took my first sip of orange juice.
I tried to change the videos on the computer, but I began hallucinating—my screen was moving and vibrating, and so was I.
I was at home, with my parents and siblings asleep, so I couldn't make any noise and couldn't tell anyone. That’s when I started to panic a bit, realizing that taking it in this setting was a bad idea.
I felt a bad trip coming on, so I headed to the shower—that's always my go-to reflex because feeling the water on my back reassures me.
I got to the bathroom, turned on the light, and everything looked different. Even my cat lying on the washing machine seemed like an illusion.
I alternated between hot and cold water for 30 minutes, then went to bed in the dark because I was way too overstimulated. When I checked the time, I realized barely 10 minutes had passed; time felt slowed down.
I felt hot and cold at the same time. I tried to grab a bite to eat and drank as much water and orange juice as possible. I put on gentle music with calming frequencies, and even Quran recitations when I felt scared.
Whenever I opened my eyes, I couldn't tell if I was in a dream or awake. What helped me stay grounded was turning on my phone's flashlight from time to time to locate and recognize the objects around me.
I turned on the fan and pulled the duvet over me—I’d take the duvet off when I got too warm, and the fan provided cool air. Reading music lyrics or translations of Quranic surahs helped me tremendously as well.
In the end, I managed to fall asleep around 8 a.m.
A few tips:
I feel much better now and have recovered well, and I feel ready to try it again in a more festive setting.
Thank you for reading!
