Oct LSAT test complaint

Has anyone who submitted a formal complaint for the Oct test heard back regarding a retake next week?

Submitted right after prometric kicked all of us out when the computers turned off bc of a power outage and they DENIED MY RETEST REQUEST

My test was on 10/10, and I submitted it that same day.

Not yet, I submitted the complaint Friday morning right after my test

Yes, I heard back the next day. I was given the option to retake on the 20th or early next year (was already signed up for November).
