When you drink too much how long does it take to not feel nauseous anymore? Last night was my first time and I felt nauseous for eight hours. Is that unusual?

Is it healthy or problematic to have kava more than once a day? On occasion I will have kava twice a day but skip a day to make up for it since I never allow myself to have kava more than once a day.
