Nepal is a worse place to live in(as a sensitive person)

[its long, read only if u have enough time & you feel as deeply as i do]

I think one of the hardest things ab being me is that I feel everything too deeply. I’m a very sensitive person & idk how to turn that part of me off. I feel other people’s pain as if it were my own. I cannot look at someone struggling, someone losing their home, someone worrying ab how they’ll feed their family or someone being treated unfairly w/o feeling a heaviness in my chest. Sometimes, I genuinely wish I didn’t care this much, because caring ab everything in a place like Nepal can be emotionally exhausting.

Nepal feels like one of the hardest places to live if you have a sensitive heart. Every other day, there’s something new to be sad, angry, or helpless ab. The people are constantly struggling & sometimes it feels like everyone is being played by someone else. Ordinary ppl put their trust in ppl who promise them change, only to end up disappointed again. Those who already have power & privilege seem to keep holding on to it, while the middle & lower classes are left fighting just to make ends meet.

ppl can barely afford to live anymore. Everything feels uncertain. ppl work hard & still struggle to build a decent life for themselves & their families. & on top of all this, nature itself seems to put ppl through one hardship after another. When ppl are already struggling to survive, even one more disaster can take away whatever little stability they have left.

& what hurts the most is that these aren’t just headlines or statistics. These are real ppl. Someone’s parents, someone’s children, someone’s entire livelihood. ppl who had dreams, who wanted a peaceful life, who simply wanted to live w/o constantly worrying ab what tmrw might bring.

ik no country is perfect & ppl everywhere suffer. but there is something especially heartbreaking ab watching ppl in your own country go through so much while feeling like there is so little you can do ab it.

sometimes, being Nepali feels exhausting. not because im ashamed of my country, but bcs im tired of watching ordinary ppl suffer while those in power keep winning.
maybe im too sensitive, but i wish we didn’t have to normalize so much suffering. ppl deserve to live, not js survive.

It’s tough to live in Nepal & sometimes, it’s even tougher to care so deeply ab its ppl when all you can do is watch them struggle.

peace,
subhratri.

Looking for a Business Partner in Kathmandu Valley (Marketing & Growth)

I'm a developer who has just finished the MVP of Pageory, and I'm looking for a like-minded business partner to build businesses with, starting with Pageory.

I'm not looking for an employee. I'm looking for someone who wants to build something valuable, earn big, work hard, and enjoy life along the way.

What I'm looking for:

  • Someone with some hands-on marketing experience, especially in content, distribution, networking, or customer acquisition.
  • A doer, not just a talker. If you love discussing ideas but rarely execute them, this isn't for you.
  • Someone who takes responsibility, owns their mistakes, solves problems, and stays calm under pressure.
  • Someone who communicates clearly, keeps their partner informed, and discusses problems instead of avoiding them.
  • Someone open-minded enough to disagree respectfully, consider other perspectives, admit when they're wrong, and find solutions together.
  • Someone who isn't afraid of failure and treats setbacks as lessons, not reasons to quit.
  • Someone ambitious, consistent, accountable, and willing to keep improving.

You don't need to be perfect or have an impressive track record. I'd rather work with someone willing to learn and improve than someone skilled who can't work with others.

These standards apply to me, too. I'll be contributing to both development and marketing, and I expect us to challenge and improve each other.

I'm looking for someone around 20–26 years old, based in Kathmandu Valley and able to meet regularly in person. This is an equity-based partnership, not a salaried job. I'm considering a 50/50 split, but that would need to be earned through demonstrated commitment and a clear agreement.

If this sounds like you, DM me with:

  1. A little about yourself and your marketing experience.
  2. Something you've actually worked on or executed.
  3. Why you want a business partner and what you want to build.

If you're serious about building something together, let's talk.

Startup looking for someone to run our socials before it dies of loneliness - REMOTE/PAID

ok so here’s the situation.

we’re 4 engineers and zero marketers, and we need help, fr.

what you’d actually be doing:

  • making and posting content on LinkedIn, X and Insta (memes, carousels, threads, whatever works)
  • cold emails and DMs to people who might want what we’re building
  • figuring out who our customers even are
  • running our marketing plan, or telling us it’s mid and fixing it
  • coming up with ways to get more customers and followers without being cringe about it

you might be a fit if:

  • you’re chronically online and you know why some posts hit and some flop
  • you can write like a human, not like a LinkedIn guru who ā€œlearned 7 lessons from his dogā€
  • cold-messaging strangers doesn’t make you want to throw your phone
  • you use AI tools to work faster but you don’t just copy-paste ChatGPT slop
  • bonus if you know anything about startups or tech (not required, we’ll teach you)

what you get:

  • NPR 15,000/month (That's the most I can do atm, but at least you won't have to wait 3 months for it, as I'll pay from my pocket, no HR or Finance dept)
  • [hours: ~ 3-4 hrs/day, flexible]
  • fully remote
  • real ownership: you’re not ā€œthe social media intern,ā€ you’re basically our entire marketing department
  • a front-row seat to an early-stage startup trying to make it

To apply: DM me with:

  1. a quick intro (2-3 lines max, no essays pls)
  2. something you’ve posted or made that you’re proud of
  3. your most unhinged-but-would-actually-work idea for growing a brand from zero šŸ”„

best idea gets bonus points. no CV needed unless you really want to send one.

How hospital treat unfairly

Crimson Hospital at butwal tilotama

my sister work there as nurse for 12 months and the pay is only for 10 months, how can they just leave it like that , she does all the shifts they put on her , every day or night she comes home tired , i know as a nurse it is her work that she treat patient but should not she given the money she work , it is just day light robbery, if they just doesn’t give a monthly salary on time to their workers how can we expect they will provide better treatment for us . Being as middle class family is so bad we can’t even do any to these big corporations they will just silence us down . Please help me to give them bad reviews as much as you can , it is not just my sister there are many more people who are treated bad you can look at their reviews, as i can not do anything so at least i can gather a group to give them many bad reviews so they will not treat other people unequally. this is their website and you can also find it as
