I've done very well on this app and made solid money, but recently had a 137$ withdrawal canceled inexplicably plus 400$ in available money wiped out without explanation. Not sure if one of the offers I did was reversed, or maybe one of my referalls was banned, but it's very frustrating when this is done without explanation and without recourse.

I caught KashKick accelerating deadlines to prevent me from being able to complete this offer (Home Design Makeover).

I was playing Phase 10 but in the end the deadline was too tight. Phase 10 is very stingy with stamina, even with events. Then I tried one of those merge games and encountered the same problem - leveling up gets progressively harder, and I couldn't make the deadline.

Could someone suggest games where I have more control, like Match Factory, unlike Mystery Town? I can level up as much as I can in Match Factory as long as I can maintain the power-ups. In Mystery Town, finishing the top levels feels too exhausting, and you also have to spend money. I barely earn any money despite finishing 2 Turbo Tasks. kashkick is a loser of a site. first they banned me because of some proxy thing on my computer , whick i got fixed and unbanned. well i cashed out my first 10 bucks then thought, let me ask about the games.

I just started with this app, tried one offer. Before I had even tried to withdraw, I got a message that my account was closed for fraud. It said it can reverse earnings if I sign up for a product then cancel the trial or service, but I hadn't even redeemed from the site OR kashkick. So I recently referred a friend to Kashkick who started earning rewards. I was getting 25% of his earnings thru the reward program. But then his account was hit with a ban bc of fraud, causing me to lose my referral earnings from him. I understand why Kashkick does this. But then my friend proved that he wasn’t doing anything fraudulent, so they reinstated his account and have him back his earnings. But they never gave me back the refferal earnings that I earned from him! Id like to request that the referral earnings be put back into my account.

The Turbo earnings record on my computer (webpage) is different from my phone (app). As you can see, the application record shows that I completed the 1st Turbo task, but it was rejected on the webpage version. Why did this happen? Can they reject Turbo earnings after they recorded it as completed? I'm scared that they might cancel all my other earnings.

My account was terminated because support said I played the game before which is untrue. The game literally kept glitching and I had to delete and reinstall it. Then I came here and support said I messed up by not correctly playing the game (idk what I did wrong?) but they’d help me, now they are ignoring me. My money and account are being held and im unimpressed with the way kashkick has handled this situation. You’d think they’d punish the bad app/game makers, not me. Looking to see if anyone else has dealt with this or successfully appealed a large cashout ban.

I recently joined KashKick as a brand new user and completed two high-value casino offers (Grand Fortune and Cash Avalanche) along with various surveys and side games. Every single milestone tracked seamlessly on my dashboard, and I accumulated $3,500 in legitimately earned rewards.

After waiting roughly a month for processing, the app locked me out the moment I requested my second withdrawal. When I reached out to support, they completely terminated my account and forfeited the whole $3,500.

The excuse they gave: They sent a boilerplate email citing Section 1(D) ("lack of genuine interest"), but then stated that their partner's MMP (Mobile Measurement Partner) reported I had "played the game before."

This is completely untrue. I have never downloaded, played, or created an account for either of those casino games prior to clicking through KashKick's tracking link. If I were an existing user, the games' registration systems would have blocked me from creating a new account or completing the payout terms in the first place.

It feels like as soon as the payout hit a substantial amount ($3.5k), they hid behind an automated MMP false-positive flag to keep the advertiser commission without paying out the user.

Questions for the sub:

1. Has anyone successfully gotten a compliance manager to manually audit an MMP flag?
2. For those who filed BBB/FTC complaints against KashKick, did they respond once formal pressure was applied?

I am in the process of submitting device ID logs, Google/Apple app purchase history timestamps, and filing formal BBB/FTC complaints. Any advice from people who fought large payout bans would be appreciated!

Following support escalation, KashKick’s compliance team reviewed my ticket, verified my account data, and reinstated my account.

I was able to successfully withdraw my full balance, and the funds have landed safely in my account.

For anyone facing a similar MMP / "played before" account flag, do not immediately give up: polite but firm ticket escalation and providing device download records can work. Thanks to everyone in the community for the guidance!

So basically I downloaded a game called solitaire memory and deposited like $50, but after I deposited and signed up the app literally kept giving me an error, so I deleted and redownloaded it and kept depositing and playing more games, I kept waiting for my rewards to pend but I googled and it said the kashkick would stop tracking since I deleted it. This was really disappointing since it was the apps fault, but I did not contact kashkick about it.

i tried to withdraw the money that went pending from the initial deposit goal on my kashkick account and it never came so I contacted support and was told to send them video recording and my purchase history, which I did. And now I get a message saying my account is terminated because I played the game before which is not true. It was literally my first time downloading the stupid game and for it to keep failing was not my fault. Even after wards I kept having to delete and redownload it to keep playing it, which I had to because the app had alot of my money

I’m honestly so upset and disappointed with KashKick right now and wanted to share what happened.
I spent a TON of time completing their game offers and earned around $2,300. I successfully cashed out $100 at first with no issues at all. Then, as soon as more of my earnings became available to cash out, I requested another withdrawal for around $400.
Instead of receiving the money, my account was suddenly closed without any warning.
I emailed them and was told that one of their advertising partners claimed I had previously played one of the games. I genuinely NEVER played this game before. I know for a fact that I didn’t.
I asked them to explain how they determined that or provide some kind of proof, but they didn’t. They basically just referred me to their Terms of Service and closed my account. Now they aren’t responding to my emails either.
What really bothers me is that I didn’t just leave $2,000 sitting in my account by choice. I was cashing out the money as soon as it became available. I had already received my first $100 successfully, so I had no reason to think anything was wrong.
I spent so many hours actually playing these games and completing the requirements, only to have my account closed and lose access to over $2,000 that I earned because they’re accusing me of something I didn’t do.
I’m just really upset about the whole situation. I actually enjoyed using KashKick and thought it was legitimate after my first successful cash out, which makes this even more disappointing.
I really hope this is some kind of mistake and gets resolved, because it’s crazy to put this much time into earning these rewards and then suddenly lose everything over an accusation that isn’t true.

It was terminated recently. The notice said your ad partner's MMP reported I had "played the game before" completing a game offer — that is not true, and I can prove it: when I installed the games, the App Store showed "GET," which means they had never been installed on my Apple ID. If I had played them before, it would have shown the cloud download icon instead.

No one will even tell me which game is supposedly in question — I've had multiple support tickets closed with no response (including #141187872).

Two family members I referred — my mother and my aunt, real separate people who each passed the face scan and government ID check — had their accounts closed in the same sweep. We share wifi at work.

I have around $3,300 in earned balance that was never paid out.

After earning over $3,000 between referrals and games, withdrawing $1,000 of it, my account has been permanently banned. Not getting any help with tickets or support and I'm getting very vague replies when they do respond. Same thing happened about 2 weeks ago, and it took several days before they unlocked my account. Did a withdrawal afterwards, which cleared, then tried a 2nd one after more rewards had cleared and was instantly banned.

Can I switch back and forth as long as I only have active offers on one OS, or do I need to contact support everytime I switch?

How does that make sense, I've completed the offer months ago, did the cashback, played the game and uninstalled it. But that's some how cheating or prohibited. Waited over 3 weeks for my withdrawal just for them to tell me I "cheated" and they're taking my earnings.

specific games I highly recommend taking the terms and conditions copy and pasting them into AI ChatGPT and asking them if there’s anything that is to be red flagged or you made aware of that you need to consider when making a deposit or withdrawal.

BECAUSE on one game they are only responsible for 50 in return winnings, and the rest of that their discretion and all appeals have to go through the Chinese court system unless you submit a email and proof of not agreeing to such terms for arbitration so basically anything you get for $50 isn’t gonna be paid out and if you want to contest it you have to go to China court to get it.

and the post from above is from a game of which no matter how much you deposit you can refund that much back if you want anything over that, I don’t have a PayPal account you are not getting any winnings above breaking even without paypal account and no i’m not being forced to open paypal account for a game when they are happy to take your money but not return anything you may win.
