Lots of local farms if you go to the farmers market or search the internet for their contact info. Costco has good bang for the buck. Summit gourmet meats will be great but pricey.

For price? Most likely Costco, if you want to support local, Devick Ranch (Rangeland meats) and Mitchell cattle co. are a few that I know of that have good prices IIRC.

Sweláps Market, hands down. 90% of the time they are $2-5 cheaper than Costco for brisket, if they have them, which only happens about 30% of the time. I bought 3 briskets there in May at $13.99/KG, when Costco was already $17.99/KG

Probably Costco, but you'll still need a second mortgage to afford one

If you wait for a sale Safeway has them for around 6 or 7 a pound
