Hi, I have a questions about the lyrics of Den romantiske tragedien. I was just listening to the song while reading the lyrics on Konzertjunkie, and it seems like it doesn't match with the actual song?

It seems there are parts on the website that aren't actually in the song. Like all the counting ("1000, 900, 800..."), or the final two absolutely gut-wrenching lines that have a massive effect on the song as a whole imo ("Eg har alltid hatt lyst til å bli som deg når eg blir stor mor [I've always wanted to be like you when I grow up mom] / Syns du nå at eg er blitt stor mor? [Do you think now that I've grown up mom?]"). I just listened to the song twice to make sure, following along with the lyrics, and that part just isn't in the song at all. How is that possible? Where did the lyrics come from?

I noticed that some lyrics are incomplete on the website (such as the missing last line before the final chorus in Begravelsespolka ["Sei til di mor at ikkje rør min begravelsespolka"], but I can understand how that might happen, it's a fanpage and things can be accidentally left out. I'm very grateful that the page exists, I rely on it for all the translations, as it's pretty much the only place where you can find all that stuff, and the stories of the songs and albums really matter to me. So whoever put that together, massive thanks to them. But what really confuses me is lyrics being written on the website that don't appear in the actual song... I can't figure out how that might have happened. So my question is, is there a reason for it? Is/was there another version of the song at some point? Even the background information about the song on the website, which I assume must come from the booklet(?), references those two lines... I'm really interested.

I’ve been a Kaizers fan for 20+ years and I’ve been to at least as many concerts. Tonight was the first time without an encore. Somewhat disappointed to be denied my Polizei fix.

This was the first time seeing them live and omg I was so nervous!
Since I was 16 years old i wanted to go to a concert. The last one nearby my home town was in Berlin in 2013 i think? My parents didnt allowed me to go there. After that I didnt checked the tour dates the following years. Now im 29 years old and joined the first concert.
Thank you so so much Mr Kaizers. My Heart was shaking, I always translated all Texts and loved the Stories you created. It was such a Great pleasure for me. Just from the bottom of my heard: tusen tak!!!

It was my first time seeing them live and I had so much fun! The crowd vibe was immaculate and the setlist was super energetic with the final song being Die Polizei where everyone got their phone flashlights out and sung along acapella.

Thanks for a great night London! Also we were the three guys with one norweigan from stavanger that started talking to two of you whilst entering the tube station but you got the train that came first. If either of you see this DM me you seemed super chill and cool :D

They also said they're peforming a different last song at each venue so with hindsight it feels even more special the entire venue experienced the acapella Die Polizei moment together. Thanks for sharing it with me!

I’m American and had never heard of the band until recently when I heard Hjerteknuser, and I really like it. But when I checked out their other albums, I was surprised that Hjerteknuser is really unique out of their discography. Is there any particular reason for this, ex. being written or produced by someone else, or is it just coincidence?

I only know the band's least favorite is/(maybe was) Dekk Bord, which they revealed in an answer to a fan question in some old blog from like 2004. They said it was a really old song they'd been playing for far too long. I wonder how sick of it they must be now, haha.

But I'm not aware of any favorites from individual band members or if the whole group agrees on a best, it would be very cool if anyone knows any information regarding the topic to let me know any favorites they know from a band member at all! f.ex. Evig Pint (song) is the favorite song of most of the band on the Evig Pint album, which is neat.
