How to increase model stat?

That require model with high sociability, but how should I increase it? Or other model stat in general? Trying to find on google, it say for me to do runaway (or whatever you call the place where model walk wearing outfit) so how should I increase model stat?

On the customers menu go to activities. There will be a list and different activities increase different stats. The list refreshes seasonally if I recall right.

You open the menu then select the customers tab and then select the activities tab, that's the way you can increase a model's stats
