Big Bear CA

Hit some trails in Big Bear, CA. Perfect 56 degrees today.

Hi there, I’m currently installing a warm winch plate to install my 2024 gladiator Mojave but seem to have hit a dead end.

I have followed all instructions provided by warn and on the following video, but cannot re install the bumper. I see the guy in the video simply slides the bumper back on but I cannot do so. I have re aligned everything and the holes on the plate align with the ones on the frame. Has anyone else encountered this?

I’m about to un install everything and re do it.

In regards to the photo, that’s as far as all 8 bolts go I cannot push em further.

This is the video I watched
