Since last night, the rain water has been ponding and flooding my house in Ümraniye, our friend who is taking care of the house called everyone to help but no one came, our house is ruined and we can’t afford to fix it. What should we do? Anyone here who could help?

Hey guys, we arrived today at around 20:30 15.10 at S A W air port and took a driver to go to our hotel.
Suddenly we noticed that one of our suitcases was missing. We think maybe someone took it by accident. Do you have an idea what we can do? We talked immediately with the organizers but there are so many different agencies that we could not identify which persons left just before us this place.
Just in case someone reading this can help I would be so thankful!

Yüksek lisans dersleri kampüste gece 11'de bitiyor ve bu yüzden hoca oradan Kadıköy'e muhtemelen 12 gibi gelecek. Daha sonra Kadıköy Fener yolunda bana test toplantısına başlayacak. Dolayısıyla o saatte oraya gitmek için Kadıköy çarşıda bir yurt tutmam mı daha güvenli yoksa Göztepe köprüsünde mi sence?

Ayrıca Göztepe köprüsündeki yurt günlük kiralık işi yapıyormuş ama kadınlara özel mi bu bunu da bilmiyorum. Bu yüzden de güvenlik açısından düşünüyorum. Yani bir problem olur mu diye.

I’ll be traveling in to Istanbul from the USA and will be needing my fourth and final dose of rabies PEP vaccine.

Does anyone know any hospital where I can get the rabies final dosage? I will be bringing in all my information for the doctors.

Also, my flight is leaving at 1am and I would need the dosage at 8pm. Would this be a quick event at the hospital or is there a private clinic I can go to quickly? Thank you.

I was in Albania before I came to visit here in Istanbul. While I was there I bought çaj mali, or mountain tea, also called Greek mountain tea, sideritis, ironwort. I understand it is called dağ çayı here. I was hoping to find more here in one of the many tea & herb & spice shops, but they all seem to only carry the same things (like viagra tea 🤔). Perhaps someone here knows if there is some non-touristy place that has it? Thanks

Tourist in Fatih here. There is no water today so I'm wondering if this is a problem in my appartment/building (and I need to fix it) or in the region (and I just need to wait). Is there any website I can check? I looked at the municipality's website but couldn't find anything.

but that is not why i am texting here - we were planning to take a …. tomorrow at noon from sabiha …. to another part of türkiye, but now the storm is flooding Istanbul. We were supposed to take metro to get there.

Do you think we still have the change to get to the …and actually fly from Istanbul? We are a bit worried and we don’t know if we should cancel the hotels etc
