I’m looking for help finding a manga I remember reading a long time ago. I lost track of it, but it recently came back to mind—though I haven’t been able to figure out if it was cancelled or if the project was simply abandoned.

The story begins with the main character being abandoned by his party inside a dungeon, where he ends up being consumed by the offspring of the "King of Flies." However, he awakens a power—possibly derived from dragon blood, though I don’t recall the exact details—and manages to escape. Later, he appears at the guild to address the situation regarding the party that left him behind; an elf happens to see him and becomes terrified of him.

That’s all I can remember. I’d appreciate it if anyone knows the title or has any leads!

Like... Martial arts world with an MC that uses firearms to fight

Recommending this manga to those who haven't seen it. Your typical, generic isekai slop for the average isekai trash enjoyer.

The art is really good. The character design is a feast for the eyes. I covered some parts that might be potential spoilers. The downside is that it has less than 20 chapters.

And yes that really is the title.

I need recommendations for isekai which are written originally as a Manga or made as an anime originally, thank you!

I legit haven't been able to find any

Any information when there could be a second season of No Game No Life?

Any chances for 2027?

Who's stronger?

...

I'm sure it's an Isekai because I have a feeling I've seen it before

In most isekai i've encountered, you get one of the following scenarios:

• the mc's previous life is mentioned minimally, if at all, and never in emotional contexts

• the mc's old life sucked, so they don't mind leaving it behind

• there's an arc where the mc deals with their grief, but the idea that they miss their old life often comes out of nowhere, and during said arc they have their catharsis/closure. Therefore it doesnt come up often in the future either (think re:zero, bakarina)

Does anybody know of a series where missing the world left behind is a consistent element of the mc's character throughout the series?

a mage gets reincarnated to japan, and after regaining his old memories as an adult usually the magic from its old life. he teleports himself back to his old world where he get his old stuff off his old self dead body then he go adventuring

Mindless weapon of destruction Chronoa just does sword swings and the occasional energy blast

Specifically who has a greater grasp of the concept of magic?

How come when people talk about the GOATs or the top series they never mentions konosuba? the anime is hilarious and the LN is even more so. The sheer disrespect towards our great lady Aqua is unacceptable!

Even though tastes differ, these three isekai titles are always at the top of the list. They are also frequently compared to one another. So, are they essentially the Big Three of the isekai genre.

A four way war between Espers ,magical girls ,Demons and Angels while the human father and bird mother adopts little girls in another world and the real world too

Yeah that's pretty much Sasaki and peeps in a nutshell

Hi r/Isekai, I’m Olga, producer and co-writer of KILL/SAVE, an indie sci-fi film we shot in Spain. Posting with mod permission, thanks to the mod team!

Story-wise, our film is an isekai: a programmer leaves his locked-down city and goes into a brutal game world after the woman he loves, and the pain there is real. But it’s live-action, with real actors and real fights, not anime.

So we’re curious what this community thinks: is isekai about anime, or about the story? What would a live-action isekai need to get right for you to give it a chance?

you've been given a ring an are told that wearing it will put whoever wears it into a cell for a week. there is enough food and water to survive the time there, but you have a roommate throughout your time there... Kishirika Kishirisu.

once done, Kishirika will gift whoever is in the cell with her a demon eye before they return to where they were when they put the ring on.

so... who's going to wear the ring?
