Connectivity Problem

Anyone know why all of a sudden my phone wont connect to my wifi but all my other products like tvs, my laptop, and security cameras will? This just started happening out of the blue. Help me please? Thank you.

I really hate to ask this but it needs to be asked. Have you tried cycling the router's power?

It has been happening to one of my older phones, I just need to turn the wifi on the phone off and back on again it will work again. Happens every few days for some reason. See if that helps.

Mine does this. I think it is so they can charge me for using more of their 5G network instead of my wifi.

Depends on your router and how many streams it can handle continuously and how much bandwidth your devices are pulling. You might need a firmware update as well, it's possible that there's a new device nearby that's interfering with the signal to.

To everybody answering ive had t mobile for years for my internet. Never had one problem. Then I recently upgraded to their better router and that is when all my appliances will connect to it but my phone refuses to. Why is this? Does anyone know? Both myself and customer service at t mobile are unable to understand why all of a sudden this is happening. I worry about using all my data because I cannot connect to my wifi when I am at home. And again, before this new router, this never ever happened, not ever.

Forget the WiFi network from your phone, and add it again.

Give the brand, models, hardware & software to one of the AI engines. Or a few of the AI engines. That helps me, since these AI engines search the internet for tested, attempted, or other solutions.
