Help with layout

i am trying to renovate my house to more open space.
i want to somehow open up dining area, kitchen, nook and some walls around it to make

- larger open concept kitchen

- dining area

- pantry

i cant really figure out the layout as the whole side is facing window and the space is middle of Family room and Living room.

any help or idea would be Great !!

Also get rid of single the door that's in the current kitchen to deck and instead put large bifolds from the living room
