Painting Operation Sandtrap first minis

First look at my minis from operation Sandtrap. I used contrast paint, dry brush techniques and edges highlighting. What should I focus on to improve my result or get more clean minis ?

These look good! I think it shows the upper end of what one can do with speedpaints. You can try priming black, using gray dry brush to give you midrange tones, and then a white dry brush on only the topmost surfaces. It takes some experimenting to get just right. Sponging with makeup sponges can help with transitions and reduces the chalkiness from white paints drying out. It’ll be hard to do that on infinity’s tiny minis though. Edge highlighting is good. You might want to do a zenithal highlight, since dry brushing tends to highlight the protruding parts of a model regardless of their orientation to the light source.

You can get claw things for holding bits of makeup brushes, quite good for sponging small minis
