Been doing some Uber shifts lately and listening to a lot of podcasts about focus and staying steady. That got me thinking about bringing my own headphones next time I go to a race. At Barber the PA system always gets drowned out anyway, and half the time I miss what's actually happening on track. Curious if anyone else has tried just tuning into the broadcast on their phone and skipping the big speakers. Battery life worries me a little since some races run long. Wondering how easy it is to keep a signal inside the grandstands too. Seems like it could help block out random crowd noise without missing anything important. Has anyone tried this at Gateway or Nashville and noticed any difference in how they follow the action?

Okay maybe "Bought Out" wasn't the right word. Being taken private more aptly describes it
I don't know if this will have any impact on IndyCar but some interesting non IndyCar related news regarding Roger Penske. Tough to find a source that didn't require a subscription.

A quote within this story:
“When Greg [Gill, SRO America President and CEO] came with this thing that [Indianapolis] may be repaving, I thought, ‘OK, what can we do in America?’
Next year, the U.S. stop of the IGTC is moving from Indy in October to COTA in early May.
Putting aside any thoughts about the event itself being at Indy, the SRO's primary goal was to move the U.S. date earlier in the calendar year, and a possible repaving was apparently a factor in the decision making.
This might imply it would be a larger project than the job done at T2 late last year.

It’s from seaosn 3 episode 1 of the CBS show Georgie and Mandy’s First Marriage obviously it had been altered because of trademark but can anyone tell from the helmet or the rest of the car? The side number looks like a 22 which would make it either Michel Jourdain Jr from the ‘96 season or Marco Greco from the ‘96-‘97 season

Hello! Apologies if this has been an already answered question, and if so please direct me to it!
I am going down to the Phoenix doubleheader this next spring, and I am taking my brother, who has never been to a race before. I want to give him the best experience possible that I can give him. I know through IndyCar Nation that there are race weekend experiences to enter for. I know that last year at Phoenix, no paddock passes were available and that all that there is to purchase is the Infield Experience.
Long story short, is it worth it to purchase either one of the Champion or Legend? I just don't want it to be purchased for nothing. I just have no clue how it works other than what it provides on the website.
Thanks in advance!

Alongside Jack Beeton and George Argyros III in Andretti.
He is currently 7th in the FIA Formula 2 Championship with one win and three other podiums. He ended the 2025 FIA Formula 3 Championship in 5th place with two wins and three 2nd places.
