Best apartment complexes in Indy for food photography setups?

I run a food blog and I'm moving to Indianapolis next month. Need to find a place that actually works for photo shoots. My current setup is a nightmare. The lighting is terrible and there's zero counter space.

Looking for recommendations on complexes with good natural light or units with larger kitchen layouts. I work with a lot of local restaurants, so being somewhat central would be ideal. But I can compromise on location if the space works. Budget is flexible since this is my job.

Anyone here have experience setting up a photo workspace in their apartment? I need room for backdrops and lighting gear without making the place look like a studio takeover. A balcony or patio space would be a bonus for outdoor shoots.

Also curious if any complexes have restrictions on running a small business from home. I occasionally have collaborators over. I've narrowed it down to a few areas but open to suggestions. Downtown, Broad Ripple, and Fountain Square all seem promising, but it's hard to tell from listing photos alone.
