Maharashtra Tried the Jalapeno & Corn Hashbrown at Boojee, Fort. Perfectly crisp. 8/10. Great ambience and probably the best staff I've encountered in a while. Must visit.

Champaran Lamb (First attempt by a Dutch guy)
Hi guys!
3 weeks ago I posted a picture of my first attempt at Baingan Bharta and I got a lot of responses to try out other Indian recipes!
For a "First attempt" youtube channel I'm trying out a few and last time somebody of you recommended to make "Champaran Mutton". Since I couldn't find mutton in my local store I went for Lamb and it tasted really nice. Really cool how Dum cooking works with the sealed pot. Happy to hear tips from anybody!
This has been my favorite recipe on the youtube channel yet and I'm grateful for the responses it got. So let me know what I should try next! I'm enjoying the Indian cuisine and think I'll do the next 3 videos on Indian food.
If anybody is interested in the video:

Rajasthan Classic Peanut Poha served with Chili-Oil Sautéed Low-Fat Paneer
Make the Poha: Heat a little oil, crackle mustard seeds and curry leaves, then saute the green chillies and onions until soft. Add tomatoes and toasted peanuts, followed by the washed poha, turmeric, and salt. Toss well and steam for 2 minutes.
Sear the Paneer: In a separate pan, lightly sauté your low-fat paneer slices using chili oil until golden on both sides.
Serve: Plate the warm, fluffy poha alongside the chili-oil seared low-fat paneer and enjoy!
