• £340 per week from 27th December until 27th June, 2027.
• Available for takeover immediately, subject to approval by the accommodation provider.
• Single non-ensuite room with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and chair (approx 12.1 m²).
• Other two tenants in the flat are two female Imperial students.
• Flat has kitchen, washing machine, dryer.
