Dropping this here because I was wondering why pampanga is food capitol over BCD, but then Iloilo showed up mad that they werent recognized for their food. Maybe I have too much chicken oil in my system that I can’t think straight but is Iloilo the true food capitol over pampanga and any other places in Philippines. Ps I’m a foreigner so I don’t know shit but trying to learn about what makes these regions cuisine special and why places hold a certain “title” for food capital or UNESCO award.
