CLOSED ALPHA | November 14–20, 2026

Applications are open to everyone! Official partners and personally invited participants will receive priority consideration.

CLOSED BETA | December 1, 2026 – January 2, 2027

We'll be expanding our testing community and inviting more players to experience Hyzion, provide feedback, and help prepare for our public release.

OPEN BETA | February 10, 2027

Our planned public opening! This date is especially meaningful to me because it also happens to be my birthday.

Hey Im looking for a server that'll honnestly kinda be like sao in the way of a stats , guild system/ territoryclaiming , and maybe running my own store if thats available. Also looking for a group to start playing with if anyone is looking for a group, I do work 12s on swing shifts, so anyone has any recommendations that would be awesome.

Are there any community-run Hytale servers that require a subscription to play?

Like, I’m curious how people would react to a RuneScape-style model: a sort of free version of the server that lets you try some of its custom/exclusive gameplay mods, with a monthly subscription unlocking the full server experience. Exactly like Runescape. Do servers like this even exist for me to try out currently? No pay-to-win, no lootbox crap, no paid cosmetics.

What is the general disposition for pay-to-access servers that have a good bit of custom mod content that, in other words, acts like a total overhaul to Hytale while retaining the core gameplay of Hytale?

We're opening up a unique opportunity for builders, groups, and communities looking to join PyreTale.

We're currently hand-building a custom, lore-driven world for the server. While that's being worked on, players have the opportunity to establish themselves in our current world. Building up resources, forging alliances, and crafting your character from our vast lore database, this and so much more awaits opportune players looking to beat this slump that Hytale is experiencing!

But if you've already built something you're proud of, we want to hear from you.

We're open to bringing over existing creative worlds, settlements, castles, villages, faction bases, or individual builds into the new PyreTale world, provided they fit our medieval / dark fantasy setting.

The goal is simple: We are looking to amp up our player count (9-10 recurring during the same time, with 15 more logging on and off throughout various time windows) rather bring your work with you than make you start over.

We are also in the works on a re texturing and shader approach to PyreTale (image renderings attached that we are working off of). Still in the early stages, but we hope that once things settle and this can be properly handled without an ATLAS collapse, we will go live with it.

If you're a solo builder, have a group of friends, or run a larger community, send us some screenshots of what you've built and we'd love to take a look.

🐸 Froschteich (="Frog Pond") is a fantasy/fairytale-focused Adventure-Server with a beautiful lobby and a variety of NPCs, quests and custom dungeons, bosses and items. We have seasons of usually ~ 2 months where you can get special Items and quests that are only temporarily available. We are mainly German speaking, but we have some international players too.

• Lobby: the "social hub" of our Server. Here you can find the Information, the NPCs, the shop and auction house, a PvP arena and the gaming hall. Most stuff on our server you can buy with our currency "Frog Coin" without spending real money
• Building World: Here you can claim your property and build your stuff in survival. You can claim 9 chunks from the beginning, but you can get more from lucky chests or buying them with Frog-Coins
• Plot World: a superflat world with streets and plots tight together, for players who prefer it that way, or just want to build some cool stuff together, without having to travel/port through half of the building world
• Farm World: Here you can farm ressources all you want. We reset the farm world every few weeks, so take what you want!

PyreTale has been in development now since January, and we are proud of the mods and projects we have developed since then.

We are a small group of experienced minecrafters who came upon Hytale last year, and have been enthralled by the possibilities the game holds for developers.

Our project is based in the lore of the book I will be publishing later next year: Pyre: To Burn A God. This dark medieval fantasy server aspires to redesign what it means to play Hytale, and truly make this server feel like a completely new gaming experience.

Thank you to everyone who has tried Hyforger Skyblock over the past few months. To those who stayed and to those who drifted off. You told us why you left and we honestly can't blame you. The progression went nowhere, the economy was broken and there was nothing to do but acquire useless money.
