Moving Recommendations for apartments with space for car + motorcycle and friendly toward diy vehicle maintenance?

I'm moving within the next few weeks from the Bay area. I'm looking to spend $1200/mo or less for studio or 1 bedroom apartment. I like to maintain my own car and I'm thinking of getting motorcycle within the next year too. Gym access close to the area is ideal too. Not sure if these "asks" are realistic. Thank you for sharing advice.

Mon. October 19th is the last day to register to vote in Alabama.

To check your voter registration status (See Slide 1)

After completing the information you will be shown your address, your precinct (polling place), and its address.

Press/Click “Show,” under the “Districts” tab and you will be shown every district in which you live and are eligible to vote

Question Has anyone used a local consignment service to sell their car? Worth it?

  • What did the fees look like? Do they usually charge a flat fee or a percentage of the sale?
  • Did you actually get more money than a traditional dealer trade-in after all the fees were paid?

Recommendations Best and cheapest place to fix front camera screen

I have a IPhone 11 and last June I cracked my front camera lens. It has been blurry ever since. I now finally have the time to fix it, and I’m just curious what would be the cheapest and most effective place to go to get it fixed/replaced. (Apple is too expensive)

I also inserted a picture of the front camera quality (very blurry as you can tell)

I AM HAVING INTENSE FEELINGS 2 No Soliciting Signs - trying to find out which company this may be.

First, I've blurred the face of the individual but kept the hair just in case he looks familiar and you recall whatever he was soliciting.

As stated, posted signs, and I got a ring and a knock. There was a badge with a QR code (bad pic, not clear), and the polo may have had a logo on it but I couldn't get a clear pic, either.

All I want to do is call the company and report the solicitation when I have two signs posted - one ON the door where he knocked.

He arrived on foot, stared at my cameras, looked around, and then stood where he couldn't be seen by the dang doorbell.

If you might know the sales company I'd appreciate it.

Hello!
My partner and I just moved to Huntsville from a smaller area, and I haven't gotten to celebrate Halloween properly in a few years. I wanted to see what events are in the area here. I can't drink for medical reasons and my partner doesn't really drink either, and so I've always had a hard time finding things to go to that are adult oriented for Halloween.

Any suggestions ? I'd also love any worthwhile fall events going on too, any kind of festivals, markets, crafts, etc.

General Around 7:45pm Tuesday 10/13, hit and run Hwy 72/Wall Triana intersection

🚨 PLEASE SHARE 🚨

Around 7:45pm Tuesday 10/13, a small yellow car slammed into the rear of our black Tahoe at the intersection of Highway 72 and Wall Triana, then fled the scene. The driver of the yellow car initially pulled into the gas but then immediately left the scene.

They continued north on Wall Triana and ran another car off the road. According to the police officer, the woman driving that car suffered minor injuries but, thankfully, is expected to be okay. The driver continued on at a high rate of speed running the light at the Wall Triana/Capshaw intersection. Police already have several witnesses and hopefully the gas stations have cameras. Also, I wouldn't think the car could have made it too far. We had a much bigger vehicle, it had to be pretty heavily damaged, and there was smoke coming from the hood of the car.

If you see or know who owns or drives a small yellow car with heavy front-end damage, please contact Huntsville City Police. This person could have killed people.
