Chemistry [Grade 10 Science: Bohr Rutherford Ion Diagrams] Could someone check my answers?

My science teacher assigned a test for tomorrow about Ions. She gave us a list of elements that might be on the test. For each element on the test, we have to draw a Bohr Rutherford diagram of it as an ion, show/write the movement of electrons, explain the charge, and name the ion. The attached image is my answer for the requirements she provided.

Thank you so much, and sorry for the late reply! I saw your comment before the test, but didn't have enough time to respond. It definitely helped me feel better during the test (: I really appreciate how thorough your answer was. I mistakenly said Bohr-Rutherford diagrams in my post, but she actually wanted Lewis Dot diagrams, that's why I drew those. I will make sure not to mix them up anymore though haha. Thanks again for the great help!
