I liked playing with scale and hierarchy in this drawing. Day 14 of Silktober drawn in 52 minutes. HOW DID I DO THIS IN LESS THAN AN HOUR???

I feel there are two very big unanswered questions in Hollow Knight. How did the Radiance return after being forgotten? Why is the Godseeker locked up? The answers may be connected.

When the moth tribe abandoned their faith, the Radiance had no believers left. As a result, she could no longer manifest physically. But how did she return to plague the dreams? It seems at some point, someone started believing in her again.

We find the Godseeker locked up in the Junk Pit. Who locked her up and why? I have seen speculation that it was Ogrim, but there is really no motive. There is also the question of when the Godseeker arrived in Hallownest in the first place.

My speculation is that the Godseeker arrived in Hallownest drawn by the Pale King's light, after the Radiance had been forgotten. However, using the Godtuner (or perhaps her travels to locations such as the top of Crystal Peaks), she figured out there used to be a much stronger deity in the kingdom. Wishing to commune with the Radiance, she was the believer that brought the Radiance back to start the infection. As the first attempt to contain the infection, the Pale King had her locked up and thrown in the Junk Pit. But then, shit hit the fan and everybody forgot about her.

This means the Godseeker would be much closely linked to the rest of the story rather than just an afterthought. Let me know what you think.

I was fighting hk again because I saw an edit and lowkey made me sad but during the fight I realised this seal looks similar to the Seal of Binding we see in the beginning of path of pain and receive after completing it.

Just something I observed and thought was cool.

I owe a big thanks to Troa11 from his Youtube channel for guiding me through this. I had died on 8 different steel soul runs before looking up his guides. not only did i get the time sensitive achievements but i got all the ones i had been missing. I have done everything in this game tied to an achievement. now to just wait until Sea of sorrow.

I made this character at school and am thinking of making a very small dlc like mod, where you need to take of the locks put on you (which are the helmet, and lock on the back of the character which inhibits you from flying until taking off)

Sorry it took so long, just internet at my home doesn't work and i used my phone data to publish it. An another bad inktober day, really annoying x.x

So I’ve gotten the lantern so I can explore the dark areas of the map and I’ve fallen down a few drops with no actual way to get out. I don’t have a wall jump or any sort of flying ability, only have the dash and the lantern and no way to actually get back up. All the ways I can go are passage ways that go straight up. I found a bench and I think I made a mistake because I sat on it. Can I get out or is this run over and I’m stuck forever?
