Rant Much needed update rollbacks

In the games last year or so of life there were so many game breaking "fixes" that were added that NEED to go.
Vehicles bogged down by being "off road" with almost no ability to climb a "hill".
Rocks and boulders being added EVERYWHERE
Lifted train tracks that make themselves into obstacles you have to find a way around.
Two factions that have seemingly better equipment in every respect
Mindless hills that were pulled out of the ground that make driving most places impossible.

Its sort of hard to keep coming back to this game when it feels pretty much like it did which is why it died. You will get the weirdos that like cheating and who will just run through every game with their unstoppable garbage until judgement day but that isn't exactly a thriving community.

Well, I play as GE main, our tanks gets easily killed by every tank that US og SU have. Not one tank is on par with enemy tanks. But other than that rest of equipment is good, ashame our planes dont carry as many bombs as some enemy planes

I think there is beauty in the differences being there, it would be nice if some differences weren't night and day and more of just an advantage. The American lightning flys almost as well as a mustang where our heavy plane feels heavy. That probably shouldn't be the case. It does feel odd that American tanks have such big guns on their guns. Russian and German tanks should be better in a 1 on 1 fight, which in many cases they are but somehow Americans can use light tanks and track destroyers to really mess up heavy tanks where we can't really do the same back

The P-38's maneuverability feels like compensation for it being the only US plane with a cannon. US tanks are good, but lack armor overall with the exception of the Sherman Jumbo.

Being bogged down and the rocks are are not recent changes at all, in fact I know the devs are working on the rock issue

Removing the rocks around the map is just going to end up like the ancient days with tanks sitting on top of the Airfield mountain 1km away and HEing all the infantry trying to play the game.

Yeah the reason the rocks were added is not lost on the devs

Yes, it was absolutely miserable when tanks could go anywhere. People forget that.

you do realize these spots are far from infantry support and are easy to reach for any rambo? saying this as someone who hates tanks btw. I’d rather have no rocks if it meant better flanking and people not camping

Pipe down, flyboy.

jk, jk.

With even a little teamwork it was nearly impossible to approach those tanks without being spotted because there were no trees, bushes, or rocks out there. Those tankers could sit and blast HE down on the map with impunity.

I gotta say, I disagree with pretty much everything you wrote here.

Disagree with everything besides faction balance, US m2 carbine is the ultimate meta gun

I like the rocks, it makes driving more fun, feels so good if you can get around them first try
