Open Basic Fun Pokemon Keychain Shinx

I think this guy is considered vintage now, but I am looking for him so I can finish off my collection. All of my attempts to reach out on Pokemon groups have been unsuccessful. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I would be forever greatful! I have looked at the gatcha versions, the TOMY figures, the Jazware versions, and the Jakks, but none of them seem to be exact matches. I have attached a picture. (Please note the pictures are not mine. They are from Worthpoint!)

Not sure where you live, but on Vinted someone is selling one. The seller is from the Netherlands according to their profile and seems to be active

I have searched: "vintage shinx figures", "shinx figures", "vintage shinx", "vintage keychains", etc. I have attempted to look on ebay, mercari, depop, and vinted (plus some FB marketplace). I have also reached out on several more local forums to see if anyone has this little guy, but no one seems to know where I can find him.

The figure is about 1.5 inches tall, blue, black, and yellow and was released in series 19 of the Basic Fun Pokemon Keychain line. It comes with a red and white pokeball than can be opened and closed, but that is not necessary in my opinion. While it is a keychain, many collectors did remove the chain, resulting in a small hole in the head. It would also have a hole in the torso where it sits in the pokeball. Below is a picture example.
