Misc OC Shit version 474893 NSFW
This is now my 3rd (I think) time posting versions of my OC, if it is annoying I apologise. The details are as follows:
Name: Allan Von Reger
Aliases: Der Sadist, War Bear, The Pagan, etc. (If anyone has any better ones please let me know)
Species: Werebear (Species wise similar to the Captain, though we know fuck all about him or any other were creature, they also both share the reddish eyes)
He is one of the main antagonists in Hellsing, and a member of the Werwolf Squad of Millennium, an immortal Werebear born to the last ancient bloodline, turned monstrous weapon of Millennium. He can also be seen as a symbol of ancient, pagan, pre-Christian Europe. (There may be some of that with the Captain but he just strikes me more as the ‘perfect soldier’ who happens to be a werewolf.) Born at some point in the 1600’s outside of Dresden, Eastern Germany, to his family, who concealed their Werebear and Pagan nature by masquerading as isolated nobles, he grew up wealthy, yet as he grew older he became more and more powerful. He would eventually witness the deaths of all of them to hunters of the supernatural, one by one. Eventually, he was even captured and subjected to torture and experimentation, being around here his biological aging would freeze at 28, before escaping, though he would be hunted by every other organisation in Europe, defeating whoever they sent at him and learning to fully conceal and control his Werebear nature, essentially moving around as a fugitive for 200 years as he wandered Europe, helping or terrorising as he saw fit.
He would eventually end up in 1800’s London, where he would meet Alucard, with the two finding each other fascinating, due to how different they are from each other, Allan a beast of the wild, and Alucard the greatest vampire. During World War 2, Allan would be tracked down by The Major in Berlin after single-handedly hunting and annihilating an entire Soviet mechanised division with ease. The Major was both curious and impressed, offering him a place within Millennium which he accepted after a short battle with the Captain, which neither won, but Allan dominated. (Allan being stronger, tougher, physically larger and more experienced, and the Captain being faster, like a wolf compared to a bear, though ‘more experienced’ may not apply as we have no clue how old the Captain is) Both transformed during the battle, much to the Major’s delight, with the Captain turning into his colossal wolf form and Allan answering with his colossal bear form. Allan is greatly powerful, even by Hellsing standards. In human form, he possesses absurd, beyond supernatural strength, speed, endurance, physical toughness, regeneration and reflexes, being capable of dodging, grabbing or even just walking straight through bullets, (non silver) which simply reflect off his skin like rain, due to what Millennium scientists refer to as ‘Iron Flesh’, a characteristic he shares with The Captain. In addition to this, he can instantaneously turn into and reform from a cloud of reddish-white smoke/mist, (not dissimilar to the Captain’s who’s aura/mist/whatever is blue) and is entirely, purely immortal, with only holy relics or silver piercing his heart even being capable of damaging or killing him, as absurdly difficult as that is. His regeneration is equally immense, being capable of regenerating from any damage, barring that caused by holy weapons.
Being a Werebear, he is capable of transforming both partially and entirely, completely at will. Both these surround him in the same reddish aura/smoke. Partial transformation accelerates his already immense powers, and alters his physical appearance, usually ending in half his face and body being that of a bear’s, and half being human, while full transformation turns him into a colossal (Far larger than even the greatest natural specimens) jet black, lean and muscular bear with glowing red eyes and teeth like daggers. In this form, his powers are even further increased, though he loses the ability to speak. Mentally, even fully transformed he is still the same man, fully conscious and in control. Allan is in human form almost constantly, saving both his partial and full transformations for brutal battles and/or proving a point. Apart from his immense supernatural abilities, Allan carries around his trademark weapon, an ornate lever action shotgun (which he acquired before World War 2) capable of firing everything from holy to explosive shells as well as a silver tipped whip which he keeps on his belt, though this is more for ‘fun’ and appearances than actual combat use. That being said, Allan is capable of picking up basically any weapon and using it, from assault rifles to a chainsaw.
Appearance wise, Allan is extremely tall, around 7ft, pale, and well built/heavily muscular. His eyes are blood red, with an unnatural glow, not entirely dissimilar to the Captain’s, though this is because they are a similar breed of supernatural beast, the Captain a Werewolf, and Allan a Werebear. He has a very masculine appearance, with long darkish blonde hair falling to his shoulders, which is sometimes tied in various ways, as well as a short blonde beard and moustache, and of course the chest hair and the like one would expect from a literal werebear. He is extremely, unfairly handsome, aside from a chelsea grin-esque burn scar, which only those closest to him know the origin of, though this arguably makes him more striking. His face is constantly well groomed. His teeth are also notable, possessing sharp, bear-like canines though scaled down to human size. He also has a great many ancient, pagan tattoos and scars across his body, from his thighs to his neck, even runes on his fingers tied to the beliefs of his deceased family. He wears a golden pendant on his chest of his long dead family’s crest, being a Tiwaz rune flanked by two heraldic bears. He is biologically frozen at 28 years old, the year he became immortal and his aging simply stopped, after escaping his captors. He wears a long black 1940’s era leather trenchcoat, constantly open as to reveal his bare upper body beneath it, black pants from the same era and black jackboots, alongside a crimson Millennium armband. (When relaxing or otherwise off duty he can be seen in a loose white 1800’s era shirt, open at the chest or frequently nothing at all on his upper body) Various straps, harnesses and similar implements can also be seen across his bare chest, used for holding his weapons and ammo. (The reason bro is absurdly tall and handsome is so he fits in with other Hellsing characters lol, like Alucard or the Captain) speaking of the Captain, he is smaller and leaner than Allan, which is impressive, bringing back the Wolf and Bear comparison.
Personality wise, Allan is deeply vain, considering himself the most beautiful monster in existence, very confident and charismatic and even capable of romance and flirtation at times, though at the same time cruel, sadistic and unhinged in battle, even possessing sadomasochistic tendencies. (This can be symbolised by the whip he carries and likely originates from his time in captivity) Despite all this, there is a certain 1600’s-1800’s gentlemanly cadence in his manners and eloquent but brutal way of speaking, befitting what he is: a civilised monster. If enraged enough, this mask of civility will slip, revealing the monstrous Werebear beneath the surface, and the depths of his animalistic brutality. Much like a bear, Allan is highly intelligent, territorial and usually calm unless provoked. Allan’s voice is very deep, with a noticeable old German accent. Allan is loyal to Millennium, but more so to the Major who he sees as somebody who gave him purpose, and who’s inner circle he is very much part of, alongside The Captain and the Professor/Doctor. While the Captain is the Major’s official bodyguard, I would imagine he would feel more powerful with two OP mfers who can turn into animals lol.
He has varied relationships within Millennium, with some despising him (Zorin Blitz) due to him mocking her magic and seeing her as cowardly and one who enjoys mind tricks, and others being fascinated by him and his power (The Major and Doctor) There is also a strange relationship with Schrödinger, the cat boy messenger of Millennium, who frequently annoys Allan while he is trying to drink or smoke in peace, though Allan tolerates him. Allan is by far the most powerful being in Millennium, alongside the Captain, with the two having a past, Allan saving The Captain as a young werewolf-boy from hunters and bringing him back to his mother at some point in the 1700’s, with Allan at this point being fully immortal and now frozen at his current age. (This is a straight head cannon based off some really cool art I saw of a young version of the Captain on TikTok, can’t remember who made it sadly) NGL, I hesitate to ship him with anyone as idk who would work with him. Again, if anyone has ideas let me know.
Minor Details: Chain smokes clove cigs, drinks Brandy and Red Wine (things the author coincidentally enjoys lmao) and I would imagine he would smell of Cuoium by Orto Parisi (This is only because I’m a perfume ‘enthusiast’ and the thought crossed my mind. That and I own it.)
I hope this doesn’t come off as some edgy ass OC, which I don’t personally think but still. If anyone has any criticisms, suggestions or questions or similar I look forward to hearing them. I also apologise for any repetition in the paragraphs, as this is taken from a note on my phone which is just a wall of fucking text. Not to mention a lot of this lore is based off my own ideas and similar, as we know very little about Were creatures in Hellsing.
