This story is absolutely insane. For those of you who don’t know Amar’e Stoudemire was an absolute unit on the court. He played in the NBA from around 2002-2015, and he was just inducted into the NBA Hall of Fame back in August of this year.

After his NBA career he moved to Israel in 2016 for basketball and played there for a few years before retiring in 2020. I guess at some point while over there he received an Israeli citizenship and converted to Orthodox Judaism taking a Hebrew name and everything. I guess his mom may have been a Black Hebrew Israelite or something.

Now he’s back in Miami and he’s a cop. No idea if he’s a “real” cop but it looks like he definitely went through some part of the program lmao.

Obviously, I do not trust anything he says, but it would be a pretty big deal if it does pan out.

I thought he cared about his physique. I thought he cared about his diet. I thought he was a serious lifter. 

But what do I see here? He’s not having his usual chicken and rice. He’s consuming red cheese popcorn and white Gatorade in the middle of the night. No protein. Horrible macros. What a waste of calories. What a disgrace. 

He could have easily settled for protein popcorn and Gatorade Zero. Or he could have sprinkled some whey protein powder on plain popcorn. Problem solved. 

I’m nervous about Abdul’s chances if he keeps this up. He'll lose some in the MAGA crowd that he’s won over. He'll lose the meatheads. Most importantly, he’ll lose Jesse Watters. 

How can he fix this? Simple: Abdul should release his own meat pic.
